Joy expresses itself in a multitude of ways

for the one who is just coming out of trauma
it can be a flicker of light amidst the darkness

for the one birthing a child
it’s a joyous burst of unconditional love

for the one walking the forest
it’s an appreciation for the beauty of nature

for the one in relationship
it’s the pleasure of sharing with another

for the artist
it’s an infinite array of color

for the musician
it’s an intricate harmony

for the poet
it’s articulated with words

for the mystic
it’s the contentment of being

for the child
it’s the glee of life itself

Joy can be quiet and sublime
Joy can be explosive and exuberant

The ultimate Joy
is when we realize
joy is innate
always present
pulsing through our blood
as the stardust
from which we’ve incarnated.

radiant being filled with wonder

bringing joy and delight.

You came in with a message of hope
a wealth of wisdom and compassion
You ushered in a time of harmony
with hope of a better world, a world of peace.

Your gift of presence, simple and pure
expands and grows, touching all.
Your hope and wisdom, love and joy,
awaken us to a world of pure delight.

Listen to the whispers of your heart
telling you the story of your life
coming into form.

What stories it may tell
of love and joy
yet to be explored
in the gardens
of our long lost fairytales
residing in our hearts.

What songs they may sing
of longings
not to be ignored
along this journey
of heaven on earth
revealing all that’s ours.

Our heart knows
the way to fulfillment
of passions hidden deep
and maps the journey
of life’s greatest joys
with ever flowing ease.

Our hopes and dreams
await patiently
look inside you’ll find
the womb of creation within us
ready to give birth.

Wherever we are
our heart’s there too
so take a breath and see
solutions and answers
to all our woes
as worry fades away.

Our heart heals the wounds
from all the past
bathing us in love
to offer new vision
and clear the path
blessing us with grace.

the evolution of humanity
the transcendence of duality
the reemergence of the Divine.

In order to transcend duality
we realize everything that presents itself
serves a divine purpose
for our awakening.

old wounds are surfacing
for compassionate healing

to break out of old molds

antiquated beliefs examined
to create new systems

all stirring up life
as we’ve known it

all for our observation
free of right or wrong

no need to defend
no need to fix anything

This Renaissance is calling forth
loving compassionate hearts 
for all who are in turmoil

the renewal of faith and trust
in the goodness of one another

open minds to the genesis
of new potentials
