be gentle with yourself.
You did not get kicked out of alignment
you simply expanded your consciousness,
every discomfort, every challenge
is simply asking you to align to the new.

There is no judgement.
You are where you are
because this is Divinity in action.
Every time you re-align,
you are aligning with
a more expanded awareness of You.

Celebrate the discomfort
rather than judge it
for it is positive evidence
of your illustrious expansion.

for that is how your GodSelf sees it.

Appreciate what you are experiencing
without the need to define it, judge it
or assess it to improve upon it.

Every choice you make
stems from your desire
to expand your consciousness.

Thus, there is no need to vilify it
nor deem it wrong
in order to make a new choice.

Appreciate what it has instilled
a more expanded you,
a more loving you, a more joyful you.

Every experience
is an unwrapped gift that reveals
more of Who You Are.

Maintain your High Vibration

As our solar system
travels through the photon belt
the earth’s core and our physical bodies
are absorbing this Cristos Light
at an accelerated rate

As an awakened being
this may be glorious news
for the evolution of humanity
and yet, not everyone has awakened
excited and ready to move forward

Allow the resistance
and the waves of panic
from those hanging on to
the antiquated paradigms
to pass without engaging

Maintain your highest vibration
focused on your own sovereign domain
for our New Earth originates
as a divine frequency from within you
radiating out into the world

Trust the process with divine assurance
allowing the world to sort itself out
with compassion rather than judgment
awaiting the sleepy eyes of humanity
to open to Heaven on Earth.

designed as tools of navigation
to allow you to live together
in a collective consciousness

As a multidimensional being
your energy is beyond bounds
unlimited and unrestricted
with free flowing consciousness

Use time and space to your advantage
but do not allow it to control you
for as the creator of your own reality
diving timing is always in service to you.

I see you as you are are,
pure and simple
free of the past
no worries about the future.

Being in the present moment
allows love to flow freely
opens doors of compassion
and initiates intimacy.

breaks the old bondage
freeing our relationships,
all relationships,
to BE fresh and newly born
in every moment.

Well-being is your Birthright

You are a Master Creator and you
created your illustrious physical body
before you incarnated.
Do you really believe that you
created a body that would degenerate
get ill and die in pain?

Your Inner Being holds
the Divine template of Well-BEing
to rejuvenate and regenerate
each and every cell
with the Benevolence of the Universe
constantly flowing through you.

It is only your human programing
adopted from generations that precede you
and the media’s propaganda
that floods your mind with misconceptions
that interfere with the natural thriving
of your Well-BEing.

Isn’t it time to withdraw from
all the well meaning advice thrown at you
and make an unwavering commitment
to spend quality time with your beloved body,
to love it, nurture it, and allow it
to find it’s innate balance?

By sitting in meditation
consciously loving your physical body
and spending quiet time in nature’s embrace
your body will begin to reinitiate
your Divine template
for self healing and regeneration.

You are a Master Creator.
Honor that which you created
as a Holy Temple to house your GodSelf
sync into it’s Knowingness and innate guidance.

Resting in the Grace of the Divine

The void swallows me in whole
no more fragmented pieces
disconnected from one another
walled off in fear of the pain of judgment.

The void swallows me in whole
as a Sovereign being
a Christed being
an integrated being.

The void swallows me in whole
allowing me to drift
in the fertile abyss
in gentle repose.

The void swallows me in whole
and my consciousness smiles
for the journey has been long
and I now rest
free of distractions
in the grace of the Divine.

I Am Love

These can not be learned
they do not need to be earned
they can not be conjured up
for this is already who I Am
