Wings of the Divine

You reach the point
where your transformation is complete
and you sit upon your self-created throne,
with your gossamer wings poised to fly.

With a brief look around
you realize
the past makes no sense
and the future is unknown.

Where do you go from here?

The air glitters with invitation
and your Soul yearns to fly,
with a soft breath of trust
you spread your wings
and alight into the unknown.

The higher you soar
the more you see,
the deeper you dive
the more you feel,
the more open you are,
the more you hear.

Ahoy!
a new world
presents itself
as you
see with new eyes,
hear with new ears,
feel with an open heart
and know that your wings
are the wings of the Divine.

I Am a LightBody

I AM A LIGHTBODY

The cells in my body
are transforming into
Crystalline Light
receiving and transmitting
multidimensional energies
faster than the speed
of my human mind.

Although I am
fully grounded
in my physical body
‘tis not the same body
I inhabited last week,
yesterday or even
a few moments ago.

I am now a LightBody
of expanded consciousness
enjoying the physicality
of this glorious planet
while continuing to create
through the expression
of my Divine Mind.

Mother Earth is Birthing Anew

Mother Earth is expanding
day by day
her belly is
outgrowing her clothes
her crystalline core
is vibrating outward
sending shivers
of glorious light.

If a woman were in labor
in the process of birthing
how would you
ease her pain?

I would trust
that she knows
just what she’s doing
I would
rub her belly
breath deeply with her heartbeat
and sing sweet lullabies
to soother her.

That’s what I do
with our Mother Earth
as she labors
to provide a new home
for all her inhabitants
who honor her name
as she brings forth
this glorious birth.

We are all
expanding
day by day
outgrowing our
tattered old clothes.

Just as I trust Mother Earth
I trust the innate intelligence of my body
rubbing my belly
breathing deeply
and singing sweet lullabies
to soothe.

The Space-in-Between

The space-in-between is a glorious place
that holds seeds of infinite potentials
but when littered with errant emotions
the density swells and solidifies
filling all those waiting spaces
that continually yearn for Light.

When you open your heart
as the Divine temple of healing
to sooth those errant emotions
with love and compassion
they will simply melt
as the density slowly diminishes.

The Light rushes into
this space-in-between
humming with new vitality
expanding our consciousness
and transforming the LightBody
into Divinity in physical form.

Your Sacred Dream

Your sacred dream comes to life
with the beating of your heart,
a dream so ancient
you thought it was forever lost.

But alas, your sacred dream
has only been suspended
free of time and space
awaiting your full attention.

Your sacred dream
demands your consciousness
pure and simple,
in the absence
of the mind’s chatter.

Your sacred dream
will only present itself when
you step away from your dalliance with life
and commit to its full splendor.

Your sacred dream
is coming to life
in each and every
moment of now
‘tis your heart’s yearning,
your soul’s delight and
your sacred dance
with the Divine.

I Am Here

I am not here to philosophize,
I’ve done more than enough of that.
My mind is overwrought
with insubstantial explanations.

I am here
to jump into the stream of life
to experience the rush of exhilaration
with the discovery of the unknown.

I am here
to taste, savor, sip, and sup
upon all the rich nuances
of each glorious delicacy that life presents.

I am here
to nourish my soul
fulfill the yearnings of my heart
to create something that’s never been before.

I am here
to experience
All That Is
in this very moment.

I am here
to add my Love and Light
to the world
without judgement or restriction.

I am here
to Create Life Anew.

Open to the Divine

Whenever
we feel pain
threatened
out of control
thrust into the unknown
or expanded beyond our comfort levels
our reactive tendency is to contract
into protective mode.

With contraction
we suppress and internalize our feelings
strangling them from love and acceptance
exacerbating the pain.

Whereas opening to the Divine
gives our feelings space to breath
freeing them to
rebalance and resolve.

Change is a natural part of life
accompanied by
continual growth and expansion.

Your Soul is yearning to experience
a more expanded consciousness
Your Soul is asking to
be free and open to
more Love
more Joy
and more Life.

When you trust your Soul
there is nothing to fear.

The Spark of Wonderment

on the ever expanding unknown

Restlessness

RESTLESSNESS

When restlessness niggles
at the edges of my awareness
relentlessly vying for my attention
I have learned
there is no peace of mind
until I acknowledge it
and open my self
to fully embrace
the discomfort.

I am reminded
that I always feel restless
before the boundaries
of my awareness
burst wide open
to carry me into
a higher vibration
and an ever more
expanded consciousness.

So my beloved restless niggles
I embrace you
with a smile of knowing
that enlightenment awaits
and there is more of me
to be realized.

is celebrating its expansion.
