the old programs

The more my consciousness expands
in my innate desire
to know all of who I Am
the more aware I become
The more sensitive I feel
as my skin of protection dissolves
feeling raw and exposed
vulnerable and unsafe
My human self calls out
to shrink back
behind the walls of protection
that no longer exist
While my soul is savoring
newly discovered delights
from my pallet of passion
which has felt void for far too long
It’s a challenge to open so fully
to feel so hypersensitive
bombarded by so much
inconsequential energy and noise
Overwhelmed by it all
we have come to forget
that expanded consciousness
comes with it’s own innate gift
Consciousness gifts us
with the ability to filter out
the noise and distractions
the discomforts and sensitivities
By simply choosing
my own point of consciousness
in every given moment
I Am free and secure
No longer living
in a world void of life
my consciousness offers
sensual delights
The old facades fade away
juicy centers are exposed
my passion runs deep
and my joy bubbles forth

that returns me to the fullness of life

like a crazy chameleon
in response to you
in response to the world around me.
I finally realized
your love was never the issue
for it was my love of self
I was in search of;
and now that I know who I Am
