Even when
it feels like
the world

old memories
that threaten
to diminish it

With one deep breath
one gentle exhalation
I sync into
the depth of me
where my
Joy and Passion

My Inner Sanctum

is the Holy of Holies
the place of honoring
the purity of
all of Who I Am

My inner Sanctum
retains all the Wisdom
my Soul has distilled
from all my experiences
through all my lifetimes
reflecting it
into my outer world

My Inner Sanctum
has no room
for religious texts
teachings from gurus
stories of old
nor judgment
from self or others

My Inner Sanctum
is my sovereign
place of wisdom
with the answers
to all my questions

When I live and respond
from within my Inner Sanctum
I am at Peace and
I Am Free.

Dissolving the Old

As old memories
drift through my consciousness
I allow them to dissolve
allowing old emotions to dissolve
allowing old beliefs to dissolve
allowing my old self to dissolve

until nothing remains
but the Wisdom
my soul has distilled
from all these experiences
adding to the core existence
of Who I AM.

Relax into Peace

We run hither and thither
looking for peace
we rearrange our lives
we seek spirituality
we hide from the world
all in search of peace

But peace
is always present
deep within
the core of our heart
unable to be dislodged
awaiting our awareness

Take a moment
take a deep breath
and relax into peace
allowing everything
to settle into
its own perfection.

Savoring Sweet Contentment

I awoke from
a dreamless sleep
cushioned on
a cloud of peace
in the silence
in the stillness
of sweet contentment

When the mind
began to search
for something more
I heard my Soul whisper . . .

Relax dear mind
simply relax
and savor this
sweet contentment

How is it that you
do not consider
this enough?

How is it that you
continually create
all the folderol
in a constant search
for the peace
and sweet contentment
that is always present
within the stillness
of this moment?

For it is from within
this sweet contentment
that you realize
your Self
as more than enough
and new potentials
effortlessly
reveal themselves
with ease and grace.

Assessment

When we assess
a problem that needs fixing
we’re locking ourselves
into the problem

When we diagnose
an emotional or medical condition
we’re locking ourselves
into the symptoms

When we attempt to
push through barriers
we’re locking ourselves
within the limitations

When we trust and allow
our own Divinity
every new moment
presents an infinite number
of new potentials
free of diagnosis
free of assessment
free of pushing
all in divine order
all with ease and grace.

Diligence

Everything you think
everything you read
everything you experience
has already been changed
by the mere act of
your thinking, reading
or experiencing it.

This is a simple fact
of quantum physics.

Enlightenment proliferates
via our diligence
in being fully Present
in the here and now
rather than carrying
anything from the past
which no longer exists
in this present moment.

Master Creators are
those who are always
in the present moment
creating anew.

Vigilance

Be Vigilant
remain Super-Conscious
don’t go back to life as usual
for it doesn’t exist anymore

Every time things shift
it’s natural for the psyche
to want to return
to what it knows
where it feels safe

But we all know
our true safety
and Well-Being
lies within the heart
of the Divine

When the old comes
knocking at our door
a shift in focus
is all it takes
to allow it to pass
without participating
in the drama

we’re stepping into a New World
we’ve flung the gateway
wide open and it bids us Welcome.

When you
look at the moon
she is a reflection
of the Light that is you
reflecting your own
Divine Wisdom
back to you

to influence the Light
