we get so occupied
by our “stuff”

We don’t ever pause
to see how far
we have come

I’m not talking years
or even months
I’m talking days

When we live
in resonance
with our heart
it is the wisdom
of our Soul
that directs
our life

When we speak
in reverence
from the heart
with esteem
for one another
we are speaking
Soul to Soul

When we act
from the purity
of our heart
we are acting from
our authenticity
as the Divinity
of our Soul.

Role of the Ego

The ego is simply
an aspect of our totality
in sacred service to us
while we have been unconscious
and forgotten Who We Are

For thousands of years
we have engaged the ego
to be the star of the show
orchestrating our lives
as caretaker to maintain our safety

Now that we
are Awakening
that show is
drawing to a close
and . . . .
the role of the ego
is stepping aside
into a supportive role
no longer center stage

When the tattered curtain drops
and the theatre lights go down
we temporarily feel anxious
unsure of what lies ahead

Until the new curtain arises
and we step onto the stage
of expanded consciousness
fully guided by our Soul

Our Sacred Soul
that has distilled all
the Wisdom from our
prior experiences

Our Sacred Soul
never embroiled
in our old stories
nor dramas of the past

Our Sacred Soul
now embodied
within our human
heart of hearts

Rejoice, beloved human
a new life awaits
and we are the players
true and conscious
of the totality of
Who We Are.

Dance with the Soul

Our physical body
is the vehicle
through which
the Soul
experiences life

For the Soul
every experience
is a sacred gift
free of judgment
free of bounds
for the simple joy of life

The human self
often sees itself
as unworthy
whereas the Soul
honors the human
as its sacred partner

Can you see your self
through the eyes
of the soul
whole and perfect
in every way?

Can you free your self
of the human bounds
to dance
with the Soul
in carefree abandon?

Respect honors who you are

is just an illusion
a myth

by your mind
used to appease
your insatiable quest
to understand this world

However. . . .
the only understanding
that will ever satiate you
is to know
without a doubt

You are Love
and
You are Lovable

is your truth
your only truth
it is your lifeblood
it has always been so

Accept this gift of Love
to give and receive
without bounds
allow yourself to love
