Soul alignment is easily attained
by living fully in the present moment
which is the only reality the Soul knows.
It is only when your mind drifts
into the past or the future
that your human self
measures you against thoughts
that are not recognized by the Soul.
It is only your mind that holds
these elusive measurements in place
for the Soul lives openly and freely
with infinite consciousness expanding
into more of who you Know your Self to be.
