Every morning I awaken
with a precious gift
upon my pillow
In my dreamy state
I gently remove
the love-tied bow
carefully opening
the golden
gilded box
Glittering inside
is the pure essence of
more of Who-I-Am
She who has expanded
while my head was
resting upon the pillow
I breathe Her in
and as always
we perfectly unite
excited to step into the day
to live life to its fullest.
~ Surrender to the Divine ~
What if…
instead of focusing on
the never-ending process
of attempting to let go
of all that the mind
continues to conjure.
What if…
you bowed at the altar
of your heart
and
surrendered it all
to the Divine.
~ Perfection of the Heart ~
Our heart
radiates the perfection
of our Divinity.
Our heart
can not be broken
for it only knows wholeness.
Our heart
does not need healing
for it only knows wellness.
Why override
the perfection of the heart
with games of the mind
Why not allow
our heart to radiate
the perfection of our Divinity.

can not be diminished
Your heart
only knows wholeness
The need to heal your heart
is an antiquated illusion
a game of the mind
perpetrated by fractured
time-worn thoughts
Do not allow
illusions of the mind
to override
the perfection
of your Heart
For your heart
only knows Love
Open to this Love
allowing the Love
of your heart
to flow with
your innate
Well-BEing.

Love is all inclusive
acting as the bridge between
the perceived good or bad.
No matter what obstacles arise
for yourself or others
the answer is always Love, Self Love.
Simply Love your Self
more and
more and
more…..
For it is your expanded Love of Self
that continues to expand All-That-Is
in perfect well-being and Divine alliance.

Energy continues
to expand
because
YOU are expanding
All energy
is neutral
it is not chaotic
nor tumultuous
Energy
is simply
responding to your
consciousness
Your emotions
conscious or unconscious
create a response of
smooth and gentle
or
tumultuous and disruptive
So
how do you choose
to experience life?
It is a constant choice
a moment by moment choice
your conscious choice.

You are a Universal being,
a multidimensional being,
the interweaving of
ALL dimensions.
There is no dimension
that is better than another,
there is no moving up the ranks,
there is no exchanging
one dimension for another,
for that is the illusion of separation.
As a Universal BEing
you are an expression
of All-That-Is.
Why limit yourself
to only one dimension or another
when you can expand your consciousness
into ALL dimensions
to live life fully
and live it ALL.

Watch with a smile
on your face
as it ripples

without any need
to intervene

lighter heart
and wings to fly.

Once upon a time
there was a young girl
who was afraid
to live in her human body
on this earth plane.
She created
an island in the sky
and delighted in spending
most of her time there
with an enclave of friends.
Then one day,
the island disappeared
and her friends told her
it was time to live
in her physical body full time.
Oh how she hated that!!!
she hated how entrapped she felt,
she missed her friends,
she missed the magic of the island
she missed creating new adventures.
Because she didn’t feel safe
on the earth plane,
she burrowed deep
within herself,
going deeper and deeper.
Then one day, lo and behold,
there was her island
floating in the ocean of her heart
with all her friends
waving her welcome.
Today this girl is blessed
because she has
the best of both worlds,
she knows she’s safe in her body
and all her friends have joined her.
The moral of the story,
go deep within…
for this is the only safe haven
where you will find
everything you’ll ever desire.
