It takes a very strong and courageous person
to walk away from the old way of being
away from what others believe in
away from what you’ve been taught
away from what you’ve believed in all your life
away from the habitual way of living
into the unknown. . .

It takes a strong and courageous person
to lead the way
aligned with your Inner Being
trusting your Divine Wisdom
that’s aligned with your GodSelf
rather than the subservient human
who has been blindly following the pack.

You are living via Divine Law
rather than the laws of man, which are transient
You are in alignment with All-That-Is
This is your Knowing…. This is your passion.
Take a deep breath and renew yourself
with the Breath of Source, the strength of Source.
Breathe deeply… and forge ahead.

’Tis the day of the Equinox
when everything
is in perfect balance,
pure and simple.

’Tis the way of life
that everything
always returns
to its intrinsic balance.

’Tis only our egoic
need to control things
that interferes with
the innate balance of life.

’Tis the longing of our soul
to take a deep breath
set aside egoic needs
and flow with the universe.

’Tis time to realign
with our innate knowing
and allow life to evolve
in perfect harmony.

our mind is quieted
all resistance subsides
it is within this stillness
we feel everything
shifting around us
opening super highways
of divine creation

as we sit in the center
in the stillness
as the observer
until the time is right
to take action
and step into
the divine order

In times of transition
everything seems chaotic
as the old breaks apart
before the new settles in.

We all crave stability
as our world feels asunder
but grasping the old and familiar
serves us not.

For life is not static
although we’ve attempted
to make it so
and boggled our minds
with the debris of the past.

Stability can only be found
in the one and only constant
of aligning with our GodSelf
while flowing with
eternally expanding consciousness.

Who is it that calls to me
first thing in the morning
before my mind engages
with the light of day?

It is my Inner Being
whispering to me. . .
linger here
a few moments more
linger long enough
to embrace the mind

That we may experience
the day together
rather than tucking me away
beneath your pillow
until you lay down your head
at the end of the day.

Linger here a few moments more
long enough to embrace the mind
in sweet gentle communion
to step into the day together
with the all-knowing
of your Inner Being.

Blissfully Serene

I awoke feeling
the flow of Source
flowing through me
totally unimpeded
as the vibration
of my physical body
expands to match it
without resistance
simply flowing
my mind floating
blissfully serene.

In this moment I Am
free of the chatter of the mind
free of the needs of the human
free of the pull to be more
free of the desire of others
free of the the things
that provide temporary
artificial joy

I Am free to be my Self
as a blank canvas
in every moment
to create and express
without any attachment
to the outcome
for I know
the perfection
of Who I AM.

Find the Joy in Every Moment

Find the Joy in every moment
for that is your indicator
that you are interacting
with life as your GodSelf
open and flowing
with the true abundance of life.

For your GodSelf
does not see any part of life
as a problem,
it recognizes
everything as growth
and expansion.

It is only the human
who pinches off
the abundance of life
with their solidified beliefs
their judgments
and their projections.

Even the difficult parts of life
have a kernel of Joy at their core,
for the difficulties
are the growth markers
directing you to the Joy of
a more expanded Consciousness.

Feel whatever presents itself to you
take a deep conscious breath
connect with that kernel of Joy
and then fly
fly with the Joy of this moment.

Ah yes, now you are aligned
with you as your GodSelf.

Attune to Well-being

Well-being is our birthright
our physical body is totally benevolent
the body does not harbor disease
the body does not create disease
the body does not inherit disease

Dis-ease is self created
when our body mind spirit
slip out of its natural innate balance . . . .

By taking on burdens
that are not ours to carry

By battling illusive forces
carried with us from the past

By engaging in old habits
that are no longer in service to us

By feeding on outside energies
rather than our own pure sovereign energy

By allowing the gravity of thought
to override our heart’s Knowing

It is up to us to consciously
remain attuned to our well-being
by allowing the balance of our body mind spirit
to evolve in harmony with our Divinity
as we continually expand and grow
to manifest our perfect health
and ability to thrive.

In the Light of your Footsteps

When aligned with our GodSelf
we know everything is always working out for us
in perfect accordance with the divine plan,
there is no need to worry about the world around us
for it too is working out in its own perfection
according to the divine plan.

The purpose of this world
has always been to expand your GodSelf
where love and joy are at the root of life,
and you are meant to create the reality you choose
rather than scuffling around in other’s realities
that were never yours to begin with.

Go where your heart calls,
create anew for the joy it brings
do what your passion is guiding you to do
knowing that you are opening new portals
of Love and Joy for yourself and humanity
and the world will follow in the Light of your footsteps.
