True Focus

When I was a child
adults complained that
I lacked focused

But I’ve never allowed
anyone’s limitations
to stymie my excitement of life

I now realize
I’ve always had the gift
of perceiving
and expanding
my own reality
beyond limitations
by fully living
in this present moment

This is true focus!

Transitional Void

When we turn away
from the old 3D paradigm
it is often replaced
with a transitional void

Do not attempt
to fill this void
with new ways
of continuing the old

Rather . . .
befriend the void
rest in the void
and allow it
to dish up
an abundance
of delectable
new delights.

Neutrality is the key
simply observing
simply listening

Free of judgment
free of opinions
free of interference
free of any intentions

As soon as one lets go
of opinions and expectations
one’s frequency stabilizes
and continues to rise

Free of duality’s
emotional rollercoasters
you become the harmonic
that transcends all of duality

The highest service
to all of humanity
is to maintain your vibration
and shine your light.

Being Nameless

Can you be comfortable
being nameless?

Possessing an I-dentity
whether it be a name
a profession or
description of self
will always create a “dent”
in our ability to transcend
our human perspective of self
as opposed to experiencing
the totality of our Godself
who is All-That-Is
with no need for an Identity.

I Am Enough

reach a point
where we do not
need to respond
to everyone
or everything

It matters not
what others think of
how we look
what we do
what we say
how we live our lives

Because
we now realize
who we are
as Sovereign Beings
and shining our light
is enough.

As I sit quietly
I can feel all the old
judgments, beliefs
and constructs
floating away like
helium filled balloons
after having loosened the bonds
and cut all the cords

By sitting in the silence
free of the egoic mind
there is no-thing to “do”
because our Inner Being
is handling it all beautifully
allowing it all to effortlessly
float back to Source
for metamorphosis.

Living as an Empath

As an Empath
I have finally come to realize
that all “energy is neutral”

It has only been
my judgement of energy
based on prior indoctrination
which was never mine
that interprets energy
as positive or negative

Once I am no longer
locked into the matrix of
collective consciousness
there is no judgement
fear subsides and
there is only Peace

I now realize as an Empath
I can allow energy to serve me
as a sacred gift of the divine.

Wound of Separation

As the original
wound of separation
is rising to the surface
mass consciousness
continues to cycle
through its play-back
via extreme polarities

Attempting to mitigate
this rift in consciousness
amidst the flux of duality
only exacerbates it

But by seeking harmony
within ourselves
we find the true center
within us as our GodSelf
as our pure consciousness
free of any separation

Herein we find peace
with All-That-Is
and Love beyond
our human bounds

Love of self
with all its human foibles
and Love for all humanity
allowing us to rise
sovereign and free
of any separation
as creators of a new reality.

Flow of Life

The flow of life is
simple and easy
gracious and welcoming
effortless and without angst

It doesn’t require
any efforting
or energy manipulation
only a conscious choice
and a true desire
to live in this flow
rather than our old
habitual patterns

It feels so obvious
when a former pattern
slips back in
because it feels
SO out of alignment
with who we
now know
ourselves to be

A simple refocusing
is all it takes
to return to the
wondrous adventure
of consciously
navigating life
as the embodiment
of the I AM
in this physical body

Oh the joy
of living in the
open ended “YES”
in answer to
the eternal offerings
of the Universe!
