Evolution of Chaos

Chaos is
ALWAYS a sign
that the Universe
is rearranging
itself into
something new.

Humans are
the only ones
who interpret it
as chaos.
The Universe
calls it evolution.

Once we
tune into
the Divine Intelligence
of evolution,
chaos becomes
the sustenance
for a new
and exciting
playground.

The Fullness of Life

Stop…
for just a moment

Take a breath
and notice
what is closest to your hand

Now take a moment
to caress it with your fingertips
perhaps it is the arm of your chair
perhaps it’s your keyboard
perhaps it’s a coffee mug

whatever it is
caress it and allow it
to bring you back in touch
with the Presence
of All That Is.

How long will you
continue to
unconsciously
think of yourself
as separate?

Isn’t it time you
become fully present
to caress and savor
the fullness
of Life.

Dive Deeply

is not enough
for they are
only vernacular.

Your Soul wants
to dive deeply,
feel intensely,
taste every nuance.

You Soul wants
to dive beyond
that which you can see
with your physical eyes.

Your Soul wants
to experience
that which you have
hidden from yourself.

Your Soul wants
to plunge into the joy,
shiver with delight,
giggle with glee.

You thought
going deep
would be dark
and painful.

Oh my precious ones,
have you forgotten
that you’ve hidden
all your cherished treasures
deep within?

‘Tis time
to dive deeply
‘tis time
to reclaim
the divine essence
of Who You Are.

drawing you deeper
deeper into your body
deeper into your heart.

I am the River of Love
bubbling over
the protective rocks
you’ve so carefully placed.

I am the River of Love
dissolving your old beliefs
wearing them away
as easily as sand.

I am the River of Love
flowing through you
transforming every cell in your body
to your Divinity.

I am the River of Love
the guiding current
through the twists and turns of life
with infinite grace.

I Am the River of Love,
allow me to flow through you
returning you to your Divinity.

Beyond the Illusion

The energy is shimmering
inviting me
to step into it,
to step beyond
yet another film
of illusive veils.

The illusion
is no longer an illusion
once we awaken
to our GodSelf
realizing we are
the creators of it all.

The illusion
is our reality
until we choose
to expand
our consciousness
and step into the creation
that we’ve hidden
from our mind
until we are ready
to fully embrace it.

Then and only then
do our well placed veils
begin to shimmer
with invitation
and when we step into it
our new reality is born.

Trusting the Body’s Intelligence

I’ve learned to trust my body,
rather than inter~fear with it.
I don’t fear that it will get ill.
I don’t fear that it will get fat.
Nor do I fear that it will grow old and decrepit.
Yes, my body will age,
but my body has no desire to suffer.

My body lives in grace
because I love my body
respond to its simple requests
and trust my body’s intelligence
to do what it knows best
to continually thrive
without my inter~fear~ance.

I hear the whisper,
“Go Inward”.
When the next step is unknown,
I hear the whisper,

When the answer is unclear,
I hear the whisper,
“Go Inward”.

And when I respond,
by “Going Inward”,
it all awaits. . .
the answers,
the clarity,
and the Knowing.

Suffer Not

The rose
does not suffer
as she drops
her spent petals
to the earth.

She allows them
to drift
effortlessly
on the songs
of the wind.

She does not
attempt to direct
their landing place.
Nor does she
morn their loss.

Instead. . .
she revels
in the sharing
of her gift
to the soil
as nurturance
for all that is preparing
to come into bloom.
