As we dis-engage from
the antiquated matrix

There is a spontaneous
emotional unraveling
from the present moment
spiraling through our past

Simultaneously. . . .

There is a remembrance of
the purity of one’s Self
from our divine origin
expanding within us

When feeling the emotional
overwhelm of transformation
take a deep breath, sync deeply within
allowing the two to meet

As the soul distills the wisdom
from all prior experiences
our human self remembers
the purity of our Divinity

Emotional discomfort dissolves
peace reigns within
wisdom lights the way
and life evolves with ease and grace.
