things that are no longer real.
Glean the wisdom

from which to grow
and continuing to expand.

experienced in the here and now
allow it to pass through
enjoying its thrill
knowing there’s so much more.
Everything is erupting!
Words are flying
energies are exploding
our feelings
our personal lives
and the world stage.
And yet, everything that’s erupting
is all about Love.
At the core of it all
it is the Heart that’s erupting
no longer willing to be ignored
no longer willing to be walled in
no longer willing to be contained.
For some this feels like
long-awaited freedom
for others
it’s like pulling off the scab
of a festering wound.
Healing requires love and compassion
Can you be
the love and compassion
the world needs right now
as all that is not Love
is imploding upon itself
Can you be
the love and compassion

until it results in free-flowing
unadulterated Love for all.
What a Divine Plan
we put in motion eons ago
as this cycle draws to a close
with new planetary alignments
increasing vibrational frequencies
dissolving veils and
expanding consciousness.
The physical body
is also part of this Divine plan
as we organically transform
into new energy bodies
activating our latent DNA
while spinning off
antiquated genetic templates.
Trust the Divine plan
trust your physical body
resting in the knowing
there is nothing more
for you to do
for Divine wisdom
supersedes the human mind.
This is your sacred gift
from your GodSelf
to your human self
offered with Love
and the honoring
of Who You Are.

My life is one of Ease and Grace
no one is bestowing that upon me
it is thusly so because
I choose it to be.
The angst of the past
has always been because
I was analyzing, resisting,
or attempting to change it.
For me,
the fight is over
with nothing to fight against
nothing to fight for.
I am the one creating this life
no longer resisting things
simply flowing with life
as it presents itself.
Any inclination to interfere
is based on the past, not the present,
I know everything and every person
is evolving in this moment.
I can look at others
and bless them,
truly bless them on their journey
without the need to interfere.
Thus,
My life flows with ease and grace
and I attract the sweetness of life
because
this is the life I choose to live.
The sacred path of self Love
is not one we’ve been taught
in fact we’ve been taught
the very opposite
that self love is selfish
narcissistic and egocentric.
But the overflowing truth is . . .
Love is the very core of who we are.
How can we love another
without knowing the truth of Love
the purity of Love
the wholeness of Love
the Divinity of Love?
That, Beloveds
is self Love.
If you do not Love your self
you know not who you are
and you have nothing
to offer another.
Be here now
in the sweet blissings of Love
and watch as it softens your grip
of the rightness or wrongness
throughout all of your life.

allowing it to effortlessly
expand your consciousness
importing a whole new view.
Be here now
in the sweet blissings of Love
where time itself stands still
taking you beyond the mind
where infinite potentials abide.
The love of life
is a precious gift
available to all of us
All it requires is our being
fully present in the now moment
with heart and mind
wide open
Allowing us to realize
the fullness of life
rather than superficially
glazing over it without
appreciation for All That Is.
We have been taught to love others
but the one who has suffered the most
is my human self
for all the judgment I have laid upon her
all the while giving myself away.
Today….
I am in tears with heart felt Love
for my human self
who never ceases to amaze me
with the resiliency of Love
no matter what I face
there is always Love.
Everything is born
from within
the darkness of the womb
Seeded by your divinity
awaiting your realization
Until you are willing
to step away from
life as you’ve known it
Until you surrender
your antiquated
human desires
Until you allow yourself
to drift in the darkness
of the unknown
Otherwise. . . .
you are simply
rearranging the old life
from different perspectives
Rather than birthing
your heart’s passion
to create anew.
The deeper you go
following your roots
through the soil
of many generations
many lifetimes
Garnering all the wisdom
from civilizations
that existed
long before
your remembrance
Returning to your origins
where you left behind
indigenous seeds
of the Divine
to push through
layers of soil
over eons of time
Strengthening your resolve
to gently unfurl
each precious petal
of the blossom
of your magnificence
When you knew yourself
as the Holy of Holies
and the Master
Creator of life
You, Beloved One
have now grown into all your glory
with the sweet fragrance
of Divine Love.
