No Valor in Suffering

There is no valor in suffering
your GodSelf does not ask you
to learn through fear or pain.

Your GodSelf knows not
of fear, nor pain, nor suffering
these are old human concepts
handed down through the ages
from antiquated programing
no longer valid.

When feeling any discomfort
immediately rise
to the most expanded orientation
and view the situation anew.
This is not denial
wearing rose colored glasses
or putting your head in the sand.

This is living from
your expanded consciousness
that offers infinite solutions
rather than drawing upon
the old battle-worn experiences
that initially plummeted your energy.

Rise up, Beloveds
see clearly as your GodSelf
and take the path of Ease and Grace.

The Soul’s Reality

if you dream it

or live it.

soul experience
when you allow yourself
to feel it deeply enough
to embody it.

The soul does not require
mental validation
nor judges
one experience
against another.

The soul distills
the essence
of each experience
into wisdom
as its reality.

Everything else
dissolves as illusion.

Spiritual Suffering

Enlightenment is a natural process
experienced via our daily lives
simply by the way we respond to life.
Enlightenment does not require us
to suffer, nor to work at it.

Suffering will continue being
the path to enlightenment
as long as we keep adding notches
to our spiritual suffering belt
as evidence that we are evolving.

Once we take a deep breath
go deep within
and consult our Soul
it will tell you,
Dear dear human
there are easier paths
YOU get to choose,
suffering or ease and grace.

the plant dies.

But if you very gently
push the soil away
until you discover the roots . . .

what you will find
is the seed of passion
that birthed the plant
the ardor for life
the vigor to thrive
the joy to blossom
the zeal to bear fruit.

Wisdom
lies in the seed
of the plant
and in the heart
of the child within.

Be gentle
with the seed
for therein lies your
ardor for life

joy to blossom
