The first part of my life was spent
filling my mind with facts and figures
chocking it full of information
so I could speak with intelligence
to be accepted by society
as an integral part of the world
Until my mind became so overrun
with accumulated facts and figures
bursting with so much information
as the thought process sifted and churned
stuck in ceaseless circuits of judgement
that there was no space to freely ponder
The second part of my life
has been spent weeding through
a multitude of files of information
tossing antiquated so called facts
which by now were no longer fact
because the world is evolving so rapidly
Finally returning to the origins of life
when my mind was a clear palette
awaiting colorful brush stokes
to create openly and freely
to express my heart’s
pure Joy of Being.

Letting go is effortless
for it is the natural flow of life
that everything changes
from breath to breath
from moment to moment.
So why is it
that humans feel the need
to continually relive the past
to hold onto people so tightly
to grasp things that no longer serve.
It is the holding on
that requires effort
that usurps our energy
that causes us pain
when life needs to flow.
When we flow with life
when we allow the innate changes
when we trust our Divinity
the past holds no power over us
the pain and suffering cease.
For the Divine is always
in service to us
supporting our every need
orchestrating our deepest desires
beyond our human capacity
with ease and grace.
Do you Trust?
Can you Allow?
Can you flow with life?

it’s all a story
a story spun by your mind
in reaction to the world around you

that you’ve accepted as yours

As a Master Creator
you have the ability
to consciously create
your own life story
an ever expanding story
of happily ever after.
When your story overlaps
with someone else’s
embrace it, interact with it,
but don’t ever forfeit
your own story
in lieu of someone else’s.
The world is a hive of interacting stories.
