Sweet Nectars of Ecstacy

The more Light that floods the planet
the more agitated the mind becomes
as it awakens to new awareness
attempting to fit it into old boxes
but the boxes are gone
dissolved by the Light.

These are the times when
the most wise thing you can do
is to relax in repose
observing All-That-Is
swirling around and through you
while sipping the sweet new nectars
of the ecstasy of life.

when the energies are in flux
your old response was to leave the body
flying off into the astral planes
to escape that which felt unsafe.

But times have changed, Beloved human
Now that you have activated your LightBody
it has become your sacred haven.

and life becomes overwhelming
with emotions running rampant
take a long deep breath and
sync into the loving arms of your Divinity

Soul Alignment

Soul alignment is easily attained
by living fully in the present moment
which is the only reality the Soul knows.

It is only when your mind drifts
into the past or the future
that your human self
measures you against thoughts
that are not recognized by the Soul.

It is only your mind that holds
these elusive measurements in place
for the Soul lives openly and freely
with infinite consciousness expanding
into more of who you Know your Self to be.

be gentle with yourself.
You did not get kicked out of alignment
you simply expanded your consciousness,
every discomfort, every challenge
is simply asking you to align to the new.

There is no judgement.
You are where you are
because this is Divinity in action.
Every time you re-align,
you are aligning with
a more expanded awareness of You.

Celebrate the discomfort
rather than judge it
for it is positive evidence
of your illustrious expansion.

for that is how your GodSelf sees it.

or assess it to improve upon it.

Every choice you make
stems from your desire
to expand your consciousness.

Thus, there is no need to vilify it
nor deem it wrong
in order to make a new choice.

Appreciate what it has instilled
a more expanded you,
a more loving you, a more joyful you.

is an unwrapped gift that reveals

rather than create their world anew.

is shouldering the pain and suffering of others

is fighting to maintain control
rather than allowing the organic flow of life.

Weary is the one who
is stuck in the past with worry about the future
rather than living in this moment of infinite possibilities.

When we trust our innate Divinity
