Breathe
Beloved one
Breathe
For with each in-breath
there is an out-breath.
With each expansion
there is a clearing.
Just as the breath,
life has a rhythm
and a natural flow
growth and rest
all in perfect balance.
Just as the breath,
change is organic
energy in
energy out
a perfect recycling
in symbiotic flow.
Why clutch onto
what was?
To do so
is a slow unnatural death
Life requires
the breath of spirit.
Life requires Change.
