Why override

Suffer Not

The rose
does not suffer
as she drops
her spent petals
to the earth.

She allows them
to drift
effortlessly
on the songs
of the wind.

She does not
attempt to direct
their landing place.
Nor does she
morn their loss.

Instead. . .
she revels
in the sharing
of her gift
to the soil
as nurturance
for all that is preparing
to come into bloom.

flowing through me
with eloquent grace.

I ask myself:
Why do I not pause more often
to simply allow the grace
of All-That-Is
to reveal itself to me
in each precious moment.

For all I desire
is here

to simply

The Need for Space

As the world explodes
with a cacophony
of mental chatter,
emotional turmoil
and external stimulus,
I need space,
lots
of
space.

Space between
my thoughts,
Space between
my actions,
Space between
my desires.

‘Tis the space
betwixt it all
that allows
the Divine
to breathe into me
to soothe,
to gentle,
to caress.

‘Tis the space
betwixt it all
that allows
the Divine
to breathe into me
to rejuvenate,
to revitalize,
to enliven.

‘Tis the space
betwixt it all
that allows
the Divine
to breathe into me
bringing me
back to life
as my Soul
knows itself
to be.

Or can you simply
create something new and
allow the old to wither away?

Do you really need
to do all the work?
Or can you allow
the Universe to
orchestrate it for you?

Do you really need
to control your world?
Or can you allow
the flow of nature
to shape its course?

What is it you really need?
Perhaps Love
is the answer
to all the questions
you’ve ever asked.
And Trust
is the only action
that needs to be taken.

Living Effortlessly

how effortlessly nature thrives?

This is the natural way of life
for all sentient beings

Efforting is a mind game
that was fabricated
by humans beings
in an attempt to control life

But our current energies
are no longer supporting
the rules and directives
of those mind games

Effortless Life is not
a new way of being
it was usurped by a species
who thought they knew better

Your energy flows
with ease and grace
and naturally thrives
just as nature does.
