Unified Body of Consciousness

As the original
wound of separation
is rising to the surface
mass consciousness
continues to cycle
through its play-back
via extreme polarities

Attempting to mitigate
this rift in consciousness
amidst the flux of duality
only exacerbates it

But by seeking harmony
within ourselves
by allowing all our past experiences
to distill into wisdom
we find the true center within us
as our GodSelf
a unified body of consciousness
as the I AM, Soul, and human

Herein we find peace
with All-That-Is
and Love beyond
our human bounds

Love of self
with all its human foibles
Love and compassion
for all humanity
allows us to rise
sovereign and free
as conscious creators
of a new reality.

Just as lovers merge to consummate their relationship, our Soul is calling forth the consummation of all our fragmented human aspects into sovereignty as our GodSelf. This unique lifetime on earth is initiating our freedom from the former bonds of duality by revealing, healing, and integrating all our fragments into wholeness. Self Love

Savoring Sweet Contentment

I awoke from
a dreamless sleep
cushioned on
a cloud of peace
in the silence
in the stillness
of sweet contentment

When the mind
began to search
for something more
I heard my Soul whisper . . .

Relax dear mind
simply relax
and savor this
sweet contentment

How is it that you
do not consider
this enough?

How is it that you
continually create
all the folderol
in a constant search
for the peace
and sweet contentment
that is always present
within the stillness
of this moment?

For it is from within
this sweet contentment
that you realize
your Self
as more than enough
and new potentials
effortlessly
reveal themselves
with ease and grace.

Be Vigilant
remain Super-Conscious
don’t go back to life as usual
for it doesn’t exist anymore

Every time things shift
it’s natural for the psyche
to want to return
to what it knows
where it feels safe

But we all know
our true safety
and Well-Being
lies within the heart
of the Divine

When the old comes
knocking at our door
a shift in focus
is all it takes
to allow it to pass
without participating
in the drama
