Embodying the Truth

I don’t recognize who I was
last year at this time
having released so much of
who I thought I was
while embodying
the truth of who I AM

Everything is different
body, mind, emotions… life
even my Soul has expanded!

Loving Gratitude to my self
for trusting the organic changes
that allow the fullness
of my Divinity
to reside within
this physical body

In the beginning
some of these changes
were difficult and challenging
but that too shifted
once I made the choice
to flow with ease and grace

Who I AM today
is not who I will be tomorrow
for I know this is an eternal
process of expansion
for which I am grateful
because Love and Joy
have no bounds.

Reclamation

Walking away from
who we thought
ourselves to be
the expired roles
we played
with friends
with family
with coworkers

Allows us to shed
our timeworn clothing
remove our masks
to see ourselves
more clearly
and reclaim
the gifts of
our Divinity

To be in service
to ourselves
to humanity
to the universe
in a whole new way
as our GodSelf
in physical form.

Resting in the Void

Rest in the Void
in the space-in-between
betwixt transitions
between what was
and what is yet to come

The “old” has no place
to land anymore
it will dissolve
of its own accord
unless you continue
giving it your attention

Rest assured
be at peace
your Soul awaits
divine timing
until you are
ready and prepared
to take the next step
forward into the new.

Zero Point

Releasing all of
who we thought we were
leaves us floating
in a world of nothingness
bereft of what
we have left behind
not yet knowing
what lies ahead

Here we drift
in the zero point
between human
and Divine
between the mind
and the heart
between thought
and feelings
fearful of how
we will survive

Ever so slowly
acclimating to
a new way of being
trusting the soft
inner voice
that has gathered
all its wisdom
from lifetimes
of experience

And this Beloveds
is the place
to which we can
always return
when we feel
lost and asunder
for it is the place
of magic
of timelessness
of infinite potentials
the zero point
of All That Is.

Wondrous Experience

doesn’t need to happen
traumatically or tragically
by unconsciously
thrusting us into it

It can be a wondrous
joy-filled experience
consciously trusting

to create anew.

Impermanence of Physicality

Once we realize and accept
the impermanence of physicality
we can relax into the natural flow of life

Pain and suffering ceases
once we are no longer grasping
onto circumstances people or things

Letting go does not mean
we do not care
it means we care enough
to allow the transformation
and natural flow of life.

New Set Point

As our LightBody integrates
with physicality
it initiates a new set point

Instead of energy
garnered from outside itself
sustaining and feeding the body
as experienced in the past
energy is Sourced from within
and sustained by the LightBody

Re-generation of the physical body
comes into alignment
as the Divine blueprint
with all our cells dancing
in the symphony
of toroidal rhythms
of Love and Joy.

Into the Unknown

The human aspect of ourselves
is not willing to step into the unknown
for it wants to feel safe and secure
in what it already knows

Whereas
the innate desire of our Soul
is to expand our consciousness
by creating and experiencing anew

This conflict
will never be resolved
by the machinations
of the human mind

It is by surrendering
to the great mystery
of eternal life that
we can grow and expand

By trusting the innate
wisdom of the Soul
where all our answers lie
to experience life anew.
