The Fullness of Life

Stop…
for just a moment

Take a breath
and notice
what is closest to your hand

Now take a moment
to caress it with your fingertips
perhaps it is the arm of your chair
perhaps it’s your keyboard
perhaps it’s a coffee mug

whatever it is
caress it and allow it
to bring you back in touch
with the Presence
of All That Is.

How long will you
continue to
unconsciously
think of yourself
as separate?

Isn’t it time you
become fully present
to caress and savor
the fullness
of Life.

Your Soul wants
to dive deeply,
feel intensely,
taste every nuance.

You Soul wants
to dive beyond
that which you can see
with your physical eyes.

Your Soul wants
to experience
that which you have
hidden from yourself.

Your Soul wants
to plunge into the joy,
shiver with delight,
giggle with glee.

You thought
going deep
would be dark
and painful.

Oh my precious ones,
have you forgotten
that you’ve hidden
all your cherished treasures
deep within?

‘Tis time
to dive deeply

to reclaim
the divine essence
of Who You Are.

your Divine Knowing
is so instantaneous
there is never
a moment in which
it doesn’t exist.

In the space beyond the mind
there is no need to ponder
nor question
because each moment
is complete
unto itself.

In the space beyond the mind
your conscious presence
is all that’s required
to manifest the dreams
that are bubbling
within you.

The space beyond the mind
is not floating somewhere
out in the ethers
it is always present
in the here and now
within your heart.

Beloved one
Breathe

For with each in-breath
there is an out-breath.
With each expansion
there is a clearing.

Just as the breath,
life has a rhythm
and a natural flow
growth and rest
all in perfect balance.

Just as the breath,
change is organic
energy in
energy out
a perfect recycling
in symbiotic flow.

Why clutch onto
what was?

To do so
is a slow unnatural death
Life requires
the breath of spirit.

The Need for Space

As the world explodes
with a cacophony
of mental chatter,
emotional turmoil
and external stimulus,
I need space,
lots
of
space.

Space between
my thoughts,
Space between
my actions,
Space between
my desires.

‘Tis the space
betwixt it all
that allows
the Divine
to breathe into me
to soothe,
to gentle,
to caress.

‘Tis the space
betwixt it all
that allows
the Divine
to breathe into me
to rejuvenate,
to revitalize,
to enliven.

‘Tis the space
betwixt it all
that allows
the Divine
to breathe into me
bringing me
back to life
as my Soul
knows itself
to be.

Clear Space

As a child
I was taught
to clean up my messes
at that time it was a real irritation!

As an enlightened being
I now realize
the freedom provided
by clean clear space

To expand my consciousness
beyond the material
and emotional clutter
that holds a mind hostage

Thus I can clearly see
the infinite potentials
that are always
presenting themselves to me.
