Ennobling our Humanness

With every experience
of expanded consciousness
there is a releasing
of what our mind
thought was real.

Our mind was never wrong
it has simply been functioning
per the programing
that’s been taught
over eons of time.

The mind is now
in the throes of transitioning
beyond the old constricted beliefs
that have brought us to this point
in our evolution.

What we are experiencing now
is an ennobling
and an exultation
of both the mind
and our physical body.

Indeed we often feel threatened
when the mind has gone fuzzy
free of its old way of thinking
not yet comfortable
with the new.

Compassion is the great healer
compassion for the mind
compassion for the body
and an honoring of our courage
to take such a bold step.

Remember Beloveds
you have done nothing wrong
you are simply experiencing
the ennobling and exultation
of your humanness
with expanded consciousness.

Cauldron of my Heart

There are times. . .
my outer world feels like
everything has come to a standstill.
Nothing appears to be happening
despite the racing of my mind
in search of something to do
to give itself credence
in a world that’s gone amuck
in pretenses that make no sense.

Meanwhile. . .
my inner sanctum
is bubbling in answer
to the quickening call of the Divine
with each expansion of Consciousness
and my Creator Self is cooking up
a delicious spicy stew
to be stirred and savored
with the essences of Love and Joy.

When I dip my spoon
into the cauldron of my heart
and raise it to my lips
it brings sublime nourishment
and courage to express anew
that which others fail to notice
in a world of busyness
that has naught
to render a pause.

Thus, my BeLoveds,
tend the bubbling of your heart
and serve up your bowls of Love and Joy
to those who are in need
of the nourishment of the Divine.

Allowing the Soul to Lead

Tears of joy flow
with the passion and realization
of living as I have always
intended for this lifetime

It matters not if it is understood by others
it matters not if it is judged by others
it matters not if others are unaware
of who I Am or what I Am doing

For I AM beyond the mind’s capacity
to explain or understand
and it is my Soul
that validates my way of being

It is my Soul that leads the way
enlivened with the joy and contentment
of experiencing life
while in this physical body.

Your Wings Await You

Your wings have always been here
safely tucked behind your heart
along with all your dreams
and all your desires

patiently waiting
until you were ready
to go beyond
all that you have been taught

patiently waiting
until you felt safe enough
in the trusting
of your GodSelf

patiently waiting
until you loved and honored
all of who you are
as a sovereign being.

patiently waiting
until you were bold enough
to leave the old world behind
and take the leap.

Where you shall fly and where you shall land
I can not tell you . . .

For each flight
is new unto itself
just as each moment
is new unto itself
just as you
become new unto your self
in each and every moment
once you spread your wings
soaring
dreaming
expanding
enjoying
delighting
in All That Is.

Transformation of Anger

Someone pulled the pin on a grenade of visceral anger
that’s been unconsciously buried deep within me
from a long time ago.

My first reaction was toward the one who incited this anger
the one who tread upon my heart, then turned the other cheek
a story from my past.

As I sat with this anger,
allowing it to bubble and churn
allowing it to effortlessly flow out of me
without allowing it to fester, without the need to process,
I realized I am the one I have been angry with all these years
for taking it all on, for shrinking into unworthiness
for playing the victim, for groveling for acceptance
allowing someone else to control my life
for a few tidbits of superficial love.

In that moment of realization
my raging anger was spontaneously transformed
by a flood of loving compassion
for the part of me who never felt accepted
for she who never felt seen for who she truly is
for the one that was afraid to stand up for herself
for fear of being rejected
for the one who did not recognize herself
as the precious being that she is.

In that moment of consciousness
the grenade of anger exploded into a burst of love
in which I now stand strong as a sovereign being
with my head held high with an open radiant heart.

To the one who unknowingly pulled the pin on my grenade
I surround you in love and compassion
for I know you were lashing out in response
unaware of the pain and anger buried deep within you.

I pray that each one of us is able to consciously awaken
to the love that is always nestled side by side
in compassion for the anger that’s been buried within us
and may we all stand tall with open radiant hearts.

Realizing our Sovereignty

It is not the world that needs changing
it is the realization of our Sovereignty
that will organically change the world.

As sovereign beings
we realize ourselves as
the consummation of All That Is
we are fully conscious
as the creators of our own reality
victim to no one, victim to nothing
no need to control nor stand in our power

As sovereign beings
we come together
in conscious commUnity
no longer re-creating
that which has always been

As sovereign beings
we are the epitome
of infinite new potentials
eternally creating anew.

True to Who I Am

Who am I?

The one acting out
a persona projected upon me
by those around me.

The one playing the part
to maintain the status quo
to make others comfortable.

The one creating stories
to validate who I think
I should be.

The one fabricating excuses
when a simple “no thank you”
will do.

or . . .

Am I courageous enough
to step back from the drama
as the observer.

Am I courageous enough
to sit in the silence
no longer compelled to fill it.

Am I courageous enough
to surrender
all that others think I am.

Am I courageous enough
to simply be
true to Who I Am.

I Am Woman

I Am Woman
I Am the Divine Feminine
I do not do battle as a man does
but do not mistake that as complacency.

My spear
strikes at the heart
not to kill
nor to conquer
but to soften
and dissolve the barriers
that have attempted
to keep love at bay.

I do not carry a shield
for I have nothing to protect
my protection is the fire of love
which will transform
anything you may aim at me
my protection is compassion
which will disarm you
and melt your desire to fight.

I stand in my power
the power to give birth
to that which is born
of our coming together
in divine partnership
in love and harmony
for the co-creation
of eternal life itself.

I Am Woman

I stand strong and powerful
I stand in Love and Compassion.

Dying to the Old

Stripped down
illusions revealed
self-denial rising to the surface
pealing away all that is not Love.

Dying to the old
all that remains
is the core essence
of Who I AM.

Death can be painful
death can also happen
with pure serenity
and sublime grace.

Why fear it
why resist it?
What lies on the other side
is the ultimate freedom and joy.

A new life awaits
do you have the courage
to strip down
die to the old
to birth anew.
