requires a whole new skill set
as foundations dissolve
emotions unravel, memory disappears
and a sense of disorientation abounds

Rather than becoming entangled
in the mind’s confusion

By widening our focus
to a more expanded consciousness
we break free of the matrix
that has held us captive

As we dis-engage from
the antiquated matrix

There is a spontaneous
emotional unraveling
from the present moment
spiraling through our past

Simultaneously. . . .

There is a remembrance of
the purity of one’s Self
from our divine origin
expanding within us

When feeling the emotional
overwhelm of transformation
take a deep breath, sync deeply within
allowing the two to meet

As the soul distills the wisdom
from all prior experiences
our human self remembers

peace reigns within
