Divine Expansion

Experiencing the breath
of Divine expansion
as I “Let go and let God”

Feeling all my cells humming
with an enhanced vibration
of well~being
basking in serenity
while the world around me
continues to bluster

There’s a sweet warm
self-radiance from within
and my ribs are a bit tender
from the expansion of my heart
as I breath deeply with gratitude
for the ease and grace
of our physical body’s
miraculous alchemy.

Embodying the Truth

I don’t recognize who I was
last year at this time
having released so much of
who I thought I was
while embodying
the truth of who I AM

Everything is different
body, mind, emotions… life
even my Soul has expanded!

Loving Gratitude to my self
for trusting the organic changes
that allow the fullness
of my Divinity
to reside within
this physical body

In the beginning
some of these changes
were difficult and challenging
but that too shifted
once I made the choice
to flow with ease and grace

Who I AM today
is not who I will be tomorrow
for I know this is an eternal
process of expansion
for which I am grateful
because Love and Joy
have no bounds.

Present in the Now

There is much to look forward to
but don’t let the depth and richness
of THIS present moment
pass you by

For without being fully present
the future will continue to be
an unconscious repeat
of our distant past

New potentials
only present themselves
with our ability to be
w-holy present in the infinite now.

Restoration

we have lived
within this lifetime

So many faces
we have presented
to the world

So many personas
we have acted out
in search of ourselves

Finally stepping away
from the emptiness
of all that was

Allowing it all
to effortlessly
crumble around us

Until all that remains
is the foundation
and the restoration
of our God Self.

Reclamation

Walking away from
who we thought
ourselves to be
the expired roles
we played
with friends
with family
with coworkers

Allows us to shed
our timeworn clothing
remove our masks
to see ourselves
more clearly
and reclaim
the gifts of
our Divinity

To be in service
to ourselves
to humanity
to the universe
in a whole new way
as our GodSelf
in physical form.

in constraints

you are free
of all limitations

Zero Point

Releasing all of
who we thought we were
leaves us floating
in a world of nothingness
bereft of what
we have left behind
not yet knowing
what lies ahead

Here we drift
in the zero point
between human
and Divine
between the mind
and the heart
between thought
and feelings
fearful of how
we will survive

Ever so slowly
acclimating to
a new way of being
trusting the soft
inner voice
that has gathered
all its wisdom
from lifetimes
of experience

And this Beloveds
is the place
to which we can
always return
when we feel
lost and asunder
for it is the place
of magic
of timelessness
of infinite potentials
the zero point
of All That Is.

husband wife
student teacher
homemaker career
young old
good bad
activist pacifist
social recluse
religious atheist

These are all roles
we’ve taken on
faces we present
to the world
personas developed
into human aspects
by the ego
created identities
for self gratification

But they are not
Who We Are
for our GodSelf
does not need identities
to be acknowledged
to feel loved

Our Godself
is no thing
and every thing
whole and sovereign
unto it Self
living life as
All That Is.

Impermanence of Physicality

Once we realize and accept
the impermanence of physicality
we can relax into the natural flow of life

Pain and suffering ceases
once we are no longer grasping
onto circumstances people or things

Letting go does not mean
we do not care
it means we care enough
to allow the transformation
and natural flow of life.
