I Am Enough

We eventually
reach a point
where we do not
need to respond
to everyone
or everything

It matters not
what others think of
how we look
what we do
what we say
how we live our lives

Because
we now realize
who we are
as Sovereign Beings
and shining our light
is enough.

As I sit quietly
I can feel all the old
judgments, beliefs
and constructs
floating away like
helium filled balloons
after having loosened the bonds
and cut all the cords

By sitting in the silence
free of the egoic mind
there is no-thing to “do”
because our Inner Being
is handling it all beautifully
allowing it all to effortlessly
float back to Source
for metamorphosis.

Living as an Empath

As an Empath
I have finally come to realize
that all “energy is neutral”

It has only been
my judgement of energy
based on prior indoctrination
which was never mine
that interprets energy
as positive or negative

Once I am no longer
locked into the matrix of
collective consciousness
there is no judgement
fear subsides and
there is only Peace

I now realize as an Empath
I can allow energy to serve me
as a sacred gift of the divine.

Unified Body of Consciousness

As the original
wound of separation
is rising to the surface
mass consciousness
continues to cycle
through its play-back
via extreme polarities

Attempting to mitigate
this rift in consciousness
amidst the flux of duality
only exacerbates it

But by seeking harmony
within ourselves
by allowing all our past experiences
to distill into wisdom
we find the true center within us
as our GodSelf
a unified body of consciousness
as the I AM, Soul, and human

Herein we find peace
with All-That-Is
and Love beyond
our human bounds

Love of self
with all its human foibles
Love and compassion
for all humanity
allows us to rise
sovereign and free
as conscious creators
of a new reality.

Flow of Life

The flow of life is
simple and easy
gracious and welcoming
effortless and without angst

It doesn’t require
any efforting
or energy manipulation
only a conscious choice
and a true desire
to live in this flow
rather than our old
habitual patterns

It feels so obvious
when a former pattern
slips back in
because it feels
SO out of alignment
with who we
now know
ourselves to be

A simple refocusing
is all it takes
to return to the
wondrous adventure
of consciously
navigating life
as the embodiment
of the I AM
in this physical body

Oh the joy
of living in the
open ended “YES”
in answer to
the eternal offerings
of the Universe!

the Age of Becoming

Sovereign and free
from the bondage of
the collective consciousness

Fresh and new
no longer an imprint
of our ancestral linage

what has been

Nor yearning for
human desires of
what could be

We are entering
the Age of Becoming
master creators

Consciously allowing
the flow of new

with infinite potentials

There is no difference
betwixt the two

For all of life

is only a concept
of the human mind

At our core
we are creators
not controllers

creative genius

I Am the creator
of my own reality

It is not up to me to create
anyone else’s reality

For. . .
how can I know
what another’s
divine soul path is

How can I know
what experiences
they are calling in
for themselves

Another’s reality is not mine
with which to interfere
rather to honor
their own Soul journey

Simply shining my Light
illuminates new potentials
for a more expanded reality
with the knowing that All Is Well.

between transitions

no need to process

between the world
we’ve always known
and that which
we’re creating a new

where nary a thought is present
nary a purpose brewing
for it is the initiation
of a whole new era

requires our patience
to experience the essence
of infinite potentials
hovering on a new horizon

The time betwixt times
where we trust
