Allowing myself to drift
beyond the mind
allowing all
of who I thought
myself to be
to be pulled apart
into the nothingness
to die
to who I thought
my self to be

Drifting
in the primordial soup
of creation
until. . .

bits and pieces
of my soul wisdom
are drawn together
into a new
dance of creation
with new etudes
of music
wafting in the air
beyond the qualia
of the mind

dissolving
creating
dissolving
creating anew
in each
and every moment.

lies in the sentience
of this moment

free of the projections of the mind
in a quest for visions
of future success

free of the wanderings of the mind
searching the past
assessing perceived failure

Trusting the orchestrations
of our hearts provides
the sweetness of contentment

Constraints of Time

The more present we become
the less real
the extraneous becomes
finally seen as the illusion
we dreamed up
for the momentary
experience of it

When we free ourselves
of the constraints of time
timelines collapse
memories and stories
effortlessly dissolve
and the wisdom of the soul
is distilled to carry forth

Unless, we are unwilling
to release them
allowing them to pull us back
into the matrix
of the illusion of time.

of that which is not mine
having released all
ancestral ties
society’s rules
religious dogma
mental programing
the need to judge

Now that I am empty
how do I choose to be filled?

Do I choose to be filled?

Or do I choose
to allow All-That-Is
to continually
flow through me
enjoying each
and every moment
anew?

Remembrance

After releasing all
of who I thought myself to be
my persona
my relationships
my job
my home
my lifestyle
my identity
my old existence

I sit here
free of all that was
in the stillness
in the quiet
in what I thought
was a void

Allowing
the remembrance of
All That I Am
to bubble forth
and create anew

It does not look
like I thought it would
for the mind
has never known
Who I AM

It does not feel
like I thought it would
for my emotions
were never the reality of
Who I AM

So what is my reality
what is this new life?

As soon as I attempt
to answer those questions
I am recreating
as I used to
think myself to be

Instead
I allow reality
to reveal itself
in each and every moment
with a new found freedom
without the need
to describe
without the need
to identify

For I know
Who I AM
at the core
of my existence
and that is
eternal freedom.

continues to expand
it is not a destination
with an end to the journey
there are no goals
nothing to learn
nothing to attain
for consciousness is infinite
constantly expanding
with each and every experience
