The Voice Within

The voice within me
whispers
from my heart
from my soul
from my cells
louder than
that which is
outside me.

How is it
I’ve allowed
the outer world
to guide my path
for so many years
when it is my inner voice
that carries the essence
and the wisdom
of Who I AM.

How is it
we think
that which
is outside us
rules our lives
when the voice within
has endured
since the beginning of time
and the outer world
continues to collapse upon itself.

How grateful I am
to the voice within
that whispers
from my heart
from my soul
from my cells
and I have
learned
to listen.

the womb of creation,
where you plant your seeds.

the answer to the questions
that have yet to be asked.

Spaciousness is …
your innate
guidance system.

Spaciousness is …
the support and nurturance
of your desires.

Spaciousness is…
the core of your
Well-being.

Spaciousness is …
the potency of
All-That-Is.

Spaciousness
expands in
response to you.

The more space
you allow in your life,
the more potent it becomes.

Safe Haven of your Heart

Once upon a time
there was a young girl
who was afraid
to live in her human body
on this earth plane.

She created
an island in the sky
and delighted in spending
most of her time there
with an enclave of friends.

Then one day,
the island disappeared
and her friends told her
it was time to live
in her physical body full time.

Oh how she hated that!!!
she hated how entrapped she felt,
she missed her friends,
she missed the magic of the island
she missed creating new adventures.

Because she didn’t feel safe
on the earth plane,
she burrowed deep
within herself,
going deeper and deeper.

Then one day, lo and behold,
there was her island
floating in the ocean of her heart
with all her friends
waving her welcome.

Today this girl is blessed
because she has
the best of both worlds,
she knows she’s safe in her body
and all her friends have joined her.

The moral of the story,
go deep within…
for this is the only safe haven
where you will find
everything you’ll ever desire.

Riding the surface waves
is not enough
for they are
only vernacular.

Your Soul wants
to dive deeply,
feel intensely,
taste every nuance.

You Soul wants
to dive beyond
that which you can see
with your physical eyes.

Your Soul wants
to experience
that which you have
hidden from yourself.

Your Soul wants
to plunge into the joy,
shiver with delight,
giggle with glee.

You thought
going deep
would be dark
and painful.

Oh my precious ones,
have you forgotten
that you’ve hidden
all your cherished treasures
deep within?

‘Tis time
to dive deeply
‘tis time
to reclaim
the divine essence
of Who You Are.

Learning to Trust

Trust is learned,
it is not earned
not from another
nor for another.

The Trust I speak of
is the trust
of our own Inner Guidance
our own Divine Wisdom.

Although
this guidance
has always
been available to us

WE, in our human frailty
have had to learn to trust it
and know it
as our GodSelf.

And in doing so
there is no question
of what or who we trust
for Trust is always an inside job.

Expression of the Divine

I Am…
no longer shaped by the external world,
no longer shaped by what others think,
no longer shaped by the need to please,
no longer shaped by my response to you.

I Am…
shaped by the Love that flows from me,
shaped by my Inner Wisdom,
shaped by the desires of my Soul
shaped by the feelings within Me.

I Am…
shaped by my Inner Being,
that knows how precious life is
with symphonies of eternal expansion
as a human expression of the Divine.

Shifting Consciousness

There are multiple ways to shift consciousness

One is to “inspire”
with your words
or external expressions
comprehended by the mind.

The other is to “instill”
which very subtly
expands consciousness
from within the stillness
circumventing the mind’s interference
allowing others to awaken from within.

Never discount your ability to “instill”
at a level of pure consciousness
without the need to do anything.

It is the radiance of your being
that is “instilling”
the most spectacular shift in consciousness
that the Universe has ever experienced.

Our Inner Wellspring

In this age of information,
bombarding us
from all directions,
the media, adverts, government,
healthcare, religion, new age,
social media, etc, etc.

Eventually
we need to turn down
all those faucets of information
and dip deeply
into our inner well-spring,
where there are no questions
… only answers.
