For nothing is truly amiss
all is simply forging itself anew
in each and every moment

The perfection of this moment
carries us into the perfection

and thus life births anew

Distilling the Wisdom

you spent the beginning of your life
feeding upon and devouring information
forming a self created ego
until it was time to wrap yourself
in a cocoon of solitude
to distill the wisdom
and recognize your True Self
allowing your ego to dissolve
into the pure essence of God

and fly to higher realms of Love and Joy.

the heavier and murkier
the energies become

So we’ve continued to reach
for higher vibrations
above and beyond,
outside of ourselves

Once we transcend duality
we discover
it is not a higher vibration
we have been yearning for

It is the expansion
of consciousness
where Love and Joy
reveal itself to us

Where Heaven on Earth
is nestled within

Joy of the Soul

purpose
accomplishment
or success
is the goal
of the human mind.

Doing

experience
feeling
or expressing
is the passion
of the Soul.

The Soul
is as
joyful
and passionate
with inaction
as it is with
taking action.

The Soul needs
no acknowledgment
because
its sustenance
is in the pure joy
of experiencing life
with all its subtle nuances
neither more
or less
important
than another.

To the Soul
every experience
and expression
of life
is sublime joy.

Joy expresses itself in a multitude of ways

for the one who is just coming out of trauma
it can be a flicker of light amidst the darkness

for the one birthing a child
it’s a joyous burst of unconditional love

for the one walking the forest
it’s an appreciation for the beauty of nature

for the one in relationship
it’s the pleasure of sharing with another

for the artist
it’s an infinite array of color

for the musician
it’s an intricate harmony

for the poet
it’s articulated with words

for the mystic
it’s the contentment of being

for the child
it’s the glee of life itself

Joy can be quiet and sublime
Joy can be explosive and exuberant

The ultimate Joy
is when we realize
joy is innate
always present
pulsing through our blood
as the stardust
from which we’ve incarnated.

Life itself is pure magic
the sensuality of it
effortlessly drawing me
into its creation
to savor and enjoy
with sheer delight

There is nothing I need do
for my human attempts
are poor imitations
of manipulating energy
in tired old ways
reproducing more
of what already exists

By surrendering
my old ways of creating
I revel in observing
the magic of creation
with new awareness
and new appreciation

The magic of creation
is the joy of expression
with its radiance
effortlessly dancing
throughout all life
continually creating anew.

Immeasurable Joy

You can’t measure Joy

As soon as you attempt to do so
you dilute it
by measuring it
against someone
or something else.

Joy has many variations
it can be experienced
as a soft warm glow in your heart
a waltz through a field of fragrant wildflowers
or a passionate explosion of life.

But no matter the experience
Joy is Joy
whole and complete unto itself.

You will not find joy
outside of yourself
you will only find it within you
because. . .

Joy is who you are
as a sacred aspect of your Divinity.
