I always choose to inspire
for inspiration pierces the veils
revealing an expanded reality
while shinning the light
on infinite possibilities

I always choose to inspire
for my heart was not created
to fight for causes
‘twas created as an instrument
of love and peace

I always choose to inspire
having laid down my sword
for all the battles
have already been won
by the love in my heart

I always choose to inspire
as a master creator
who creates anew
with the song of my soul
and the joy of life.

I Receive

I receive the first rays of sunlight
dancing upon my face
with its sweet delicious awakening.

I receive the gentle caress
of the breeze upon my skin
as it wanders its way from the sea.

I receive the swell of birdsong
as they welcome the day
enlivening nature’s harmonies.

I receive the serenity
and peace of mind
that lingers from a long restful slumber.

I receive the infinite love
that overflows
from the chalice of my heart.

I receive the joy
that bubbles from within each of my cells
happy to be in physical form.

I receive the playfulness of the faeries
as they scamper about the forest
in childish delight.

I am full
I am overflowing
I am enlivened,
there is no want
there is no need,
there is only gratitude
for the eternal flow
of All That Is.

Ode to the Winged Ones

There’s a whir in the air
as hummingbirds whiz by
sprinkling their blessings of Joy
from flower to flower
they pass the day
sipping the delicious nectar
of the Goddess.

Then to my surprise
they divert their path
flying straight for my nose,
then hover aloft eye to eye
with Love and Appreciation
for kindred spirits and beings of Joy
we share this planet with Glee.

On a breeze from the sea
an illustrious dragonfly
sashays into this dance,
with it’s translucent wings
reflecting colors galore
my eyes all glitter
in joyous childlike delight.

The essence of nature
picks up the hummm and adds
her harmonious etudes
from the base of her roots
to the tips of her leaves
she lifts the veils
that no longer elude us.

Ahoy, the dance has fully begun
the hummer, the dragonfly, nature and me
with glissandos floating
from the strings of my harp
in this majestic dance of Love
in eternal Gratitude for this Planet so grande
and her offerings of Beauty and Joy.

Joy of Life

The current renaissance
is in full swing
initiated by those
whose hearts are bursting
with the innate knowledge
that earth was created
for the Joy of Life.

We have become
the Divine artisans
of that original intention
by expanding consciousness
and dreaming in
a new way of being
in physicality.

Thus, as the old world
is busy sorting itself out
we have risen
to new heights
flying beyond
the old ways
without the need for wings.

Our dreams
are being lifted
by the Power of Love
sustained by
the Power of Love
and created
with the Power of Love.
.
We know that
Love is all there is….
and therein lies the Joy of Life.

The Space-in-Between

The space-in-between is a glorious place
that holds seeds of infinite potentials
but when littered with errant emotions
the density swells and solidifies
filling all those waiting spaces
that continually yearn for Light.

When you open your heart
as the Divine temple of healing
to sooth those errant emotions
with love and compassion
they will simply melt
as the density slowly diminishes.

The Light rushes into
this space-in-between
humming with new vitality
expanding our consciousness
and transforming the LightBody
into Divinity in physical form.

Our Highest Calling

The egoic self is always asking
what is my purpose in life
what am I here to do
in constant mental games
enacted to feel worthy

Beloved One,
You are already worthy
there is nothing you need do
to prove worthiness
to yourself
or anyone else

Instead, ask. . .
“What am I feeling”
for our feelings
are the language of our heart
guiding us every step of the way
moment by moment

The heart doesn’t play games
the heart doesn’t have agendas
the heart has nothing to prove
the heart knows who you are

When we follow our feelings
we know
All of Who You Are
and
how to best enjoy life
which is what we are truly here to do

You may ask,
what of everyone else
what can I do for the world
what can I do for humanity?

BE the embodiment of Love and Joy
fully lived, fully expressed
per the guidance of your heart
that is our Highest Calling.

I’ve done more than enough of that.
My mind is overwrought
with insubstantial explanations.

I am here
to jump into the stream of life
to experience the rush of exhilaration
with the discovery of the unknown.

I am here
to taste, savor, sip, and sup
upon all the rich nuances
of each glorious delicacy that life presents.

I am here
to nourish my soul
fulfill the yearnings of my heart
to create something that’s never been before.

I am here
to experience
All That Is
in this very moment.

I am here
to add my Love and Light
to the world
without judgement or restriction.

I am here
to Create Life Anew.

Open to the Divine

Whenever
we feel pain
threatened
out of control
thrust into the unknown
or expanded beyond our comfort levels
our reactive tendency is to contract
into protective mode.

With contraction
we suppress and internalize our feelings
strangling them from love and acceptance
exacerbating the pain.

Whereas opening to the Divine
gives our feelings space to breath
freeing them to
rebalance and resolve.

Change is a natural part of life
accompanied by
continual growth and expansion.

Your Soul is yearning to experience
a more expanded consciousness
Your Soul is asking to
be free and open to
more Love
more Joy
and more Life.

When you trust your Soul
there is nothing to fear.

Stepping into the Unknown

When everything has been jarred loose
and life no longer makes sense
‘tis because the life
to which you have been clinging
no longer serves you

You feel adrift as your mind flounders
going from one piece to the other
trying to put the old pieces together
a new whole new way
but they no longer fit

Alas,
the mind finally surrenders to the fatigue
allowing the old pieces to drift away
on the current that jarred them loose

When your mind finally stirs
the landscape it once knew
has been transformed
into a barren wasteland

And yet…
your Soul knows something better awaits . . .

In this moment a new doorway appears
the light from within beckons you
a doorway you were unable to see
while obscured by the old landscape

Your Soul gently takes your hand
and begins walking
toward the unknown
one step at a time

Your mind wants to back track
but your Soul gently urges you forward

With a deep breath
of trepidation
you step through the doorway
into the unknown

With your next breath
everything your heart has always known
everything you’ve been yearning for
is instantaneously revealed

Once you step through
the doorway of the Soul
you realize….
there is nothing but Love.

Restlessness

RESTLESSNESS

When restlessness niggles
at the edges of my awareness
relentlessly vying for my attention
I have learned
there is no peace of mind
until I acknowledge it
and open my self
to fully embrace
the discomfort.

I am reminded
that I always feel restless
before the boundaries
of my awareness
burst wide open
to carry me into
a higher vibration
and an ever more
expanded consciousness.

So my beloved restless niggles
I embrace you
with a smile of knowing
that enlightenment awaits
and there is more of me
to be realized.
