do you not realize
how precious you are?

You think your self
unworthy

You think your self
a sinner

You think your self
weak and ailing

You think your self
lacking

You think your self
unloveable

All these things
you think
with your mind

When you go
beyond the mind
beyond thinking

What you will find
is the perfection of
a cherished human.

A precious human
that embodies all the divinity
of love, joy and compassion.

There is nothing
more precious than
being human.

Joy is my Touchstone

JOY is the internal touchstone of my life
not something I attain
Joy is Who I Am
just as Love is Who I Am
and Peace is Who I Am.

Joy is also the elixir of life
that rejuvenates my physical body
allowing me to continue thriving
rather than declining with age
as we have been so erroneously
indoctrinated by social patterning.

The body only wears out
when we work so hard
to manipulate and overcome
perceived adversity
rather than living with
the natural flow of life
as our authentic Self.

Therefore, JOY will always be my touchstone.

Compassion of the Soul

The deeper we go
within our selves
the more of our unconsciousness
is brought to the surface
playing out in full view.

As the dross is stirred,
the more raw
the more tender
the more vulnerable
we allow ourselves to be
in the face of what feels threatening,
the more easily it’s dissolved
by the light of day.

What is revealed
is the love and compassion
our soul has for us
with its all-knowing wisdom
ever guiding us
with the most gentle
ease and grace
if we allow.

Breathe deeply, Beloved
invite the revelations
of your soul
to introduce you
to the totality of
the Divine Love that you are
with its gentle ease and grace.

Love is Who I Am

Beaming . . . Glowing. . . Loving. . .
This is what my heart is doing…. all the time

Although life’s circumstances may not always feel aglow
my Heart continues to Glow
beaming Love without any effort from me
I Glow because Love is Who I Am.

During those times when life feels asunder
I surrender to my heart
I trust that my heart will never lead me astray
I Love because Love is Who I Am.

Take a moment and breathe this in
Ahhhhhh yes. . . . there you are
fully aligned with your heart’s glow
fully aligned with your angelic family
fully aligned with the Love that You Are.

Allow the fullness of the moon
to infiltrate every fiber of your being
with the Grace of the Goddess
as she opens hearts and minds
to harvest that which we seeded eons ago
when we first arrived on this planet

No one pours new wine into old wineskins
otherwise the wine will burst the skins
and both the wine and the skins will be destroyed

We are here to create new wineskins
as we harvest a new season of grapes
as they mature into their very finest essence

We are here to pour new Vin d’Amour
into the empty chalices of those who come
in askance of the Love we have to offer

WE are the grapes, the wineskins
and the Wine of Love
in service to all by the choices we make.
