Vigilance

Be Vigilant
remain Super-Conscious
don’t go back to life as usual
for it doesn’t exist anymore

Every time things shift
it’s natural for the psyche
to want to return
to what it knows
where it feels safe

But we all know
our true safety
and Well-Being
lies within the heart

knocking at our door
a shift in focus
is all it takes
to allow it to pass
without participating
in the drama

she is a reflection

Divine Wisdom
back to you

Take a Breath

can you feel all the parts of you
that have scattered with the wind
attempting to manage a life that
no longer needs management

When you stop and take a breath
can you feel all these parts of you
returning home once again
to settle into the core of your heart
communing with Love

When you stop and take a breath
can you feel all these parts of you
communing with your soul
distilling the Wisdom
from all your prior experiences

When you stop and take a breath
embrace all these parts of you
as the consummation of your sovereignty
as the unity of your GodSelf.

in a parallel world
floating in and out
of cohesive consciousness

The old world
and its teachings
which have graciously
brought us to this point

Per my mind
I am living in the unknown

Per my GodSelf
all is fully Known

There is no going back
there is only a

Presence of Now

Although my mind

it has a deep desire to play
in a whole new way

Body of Consciousness

Our sovereignty
is a result of
the integration
of all the separate
aspects of our self
into the wholeness of
the human, soul, and I AM
as One body of Consciousness

Our human aspect
no longer drawing upon
the I AM
for it knows itself
as the I AM

Our mind
no longer drawing upon
its logic and machinations
for it has integrated
the Wisdom of the Soul

Our physical body
no longer drawing upon
energy outside itself
for all its separate bodily functions
have integrated into
One body of Consciousness

As a Sovereign Being
we generate our own
sovereign energy
as the integrated
human, soul, and I AM
with the efficiency and wisdom
of our ever expanding
Body of Consciousness.
