Active Dreamtime

Grateful I am free of
any immediate responsibilities
with nothing I need do in this moment
giving my mind leave to drift
while I gaze out into the forest
appreciating the play of sunshine
while I savor this serenity

Meanwhile, my body and mind
are being pulled into the quiet and stillness
while other aspects of my consciousness
are busy orchestrating and creating
beyond the comprehension of my mind

This is a gift I have given to myself
as an act of conscious creation
in potent active dreamtime.

Donning the Crown

There is a crowning moment
in everyone’s life when
we are able to look back and say
Job well done!

For some,
it’s because they have accomplished
something important to show for it
by owning magnificent things
or leaving a legacy behind

For others,
it’s the simplicity of feeling complete
with an aspect of their lives
excited and ready to move forward
for a whole new world awaits

A true crowning moment
has nothing to do with what others think

A true crowning moment
is when we feel at peace within our selves
for each decision we have made
that has led us to this moment

This crowning moment
when you put your past to rest
allowing your soul to sing
and your infinite heart to shine.

No action required

new choices

based on our

As I sit quietly
I can feel all the old
judgments, beliefs
and constructs
floating away like
helium filled balloons
after having loosened the bonds
and cut all the cords

By sitting in the silence
free of the egoic mind
there is no-thing to “do”
because our Inner Being
is handling it all beautifully
allowing it all to effortlessly
float back to Source
for metamorphosis.

Living as an Empath

As an Empath
I have finally come to realize
that all “energy is neutral”

It has only been
my judgement of energy
based on prior indoctrination
which was never mine
that interprets energy
as positive or negative

Once I am no longer
locked into the matrix of
collective consciousness
there is no judgement
fear subsides and
there is only Peace

I now realize as an Empath
I can allow energy to serve me
as a sacred gift of the divine.

In the Void

One of the benefits
of resting in the Void
between transitions
is that the “old”
has no place
to land anymore

Unless you continue
giving it your attention
and it will dissolve
of its own accord
no need to process
no need to work at it

Rest assured
your Soul awaits
until you are ready to
take the next step forward
and then then heaven
and earth support
your every desire.
