Emotional turmoil
is the result of
our own expectations

Expectations of
those we love
family and friends
government leaders
religion and spirituality

Most importantly
the expectations
of our own self
for our own self

Whereas, our Soul
is always at peace
free of any expectations
experiencing life
as it presents itself
grateful for every moment
with an ever expanding
passion for life

There is no dark night
of the Soul

There is only
the dark night of the human
embroiled in its own expectations
before it awakens to the freedom
and true passion of the Soul.

Reprogramming the Human Mind

The human mind is programed
for steadfast perseverance
grabbing at any scrap of information
just to remain fully engaged

There is no rhyme nor reason
to its constant gambits
only the need to keep churning
away with its machinations

A simple deep breath
is all it takes to break the cycle
and reset its program
with a new conscious intent

Breath deeply, Beloveds
go within to access
the divine orchestration
of your newly enlightened human mind.

Respect

Respect does not require me
to abide by your rules, opinions,
or defer to your teachings.

Respect honors who you are
on your own Soul path
as a Sovereign being.

Respect allows me
to hear with an open mind
and react with an open heart.

Respect is only possible

against myself or others.

that I am able to respect others

Donning the Crown

There is a crowning moment
in everyone’s life when
we are able to look back and say
Job well done!

For some,
it’s because they have accomplished
something important to show for it
by owning magnificent things
or leaving a legacy behind

For others,
it’s the simplicity of feeling complete
with an aspect of their lives
excited and ready to move forward
for a whole new world awaits

A true crowning moment
has nothing to do with what others think

A true crowning moment
is when we feel at peace within our selves
for each decision we have made
that has led us to this moment

This crowning moment
when you put your past to rest
allowing your soul to sing
and your infinite heart to shine.

True Focus

When I was a child
adults complained that
I lacked focused

But I’ve never allowed
anyone’s limitations
to stymie my excitement of life

I now realize
I’ve always had the gift
of perceiving
and expanding
my own reality
beyond limitations
by fully living
in this present moment

This is true focus!

Being Nameless

Can you be comfortable
being nameless?

Possessing an I-dentity
whether it be a name
a profession or
description of self
will always create a “dent”
in our ability to transcend
our human perspective of self
as opposed to experiencing
the totality of our Godself
who is All-That-Is
with no need for an Identity.

to influence you

For they are
simply parroting
supposed facts
constantly defended
by the extremes
of human duality

Supposed facts
attempting to reshape
our emotional response
attempting to deflect us
from the depth of
our heart center

The only Truth lies
within the core of you
where the human
meets the Divine
with the Gnosis
of your own Wisdom
