to hear what others have to say
when it’s beyond
my present understanding.

to grow and expand beyond
the limitations of a closed mind.

without judgment and the need
to sway them to my beliefs.

It takes an open heart
to hear what others have to say
from a place of compassion
honoring each unique soul path.

It takes an open heart
to hear what others have to say
to create a thriving community
with the diversity shared by all.

It takes an open heart
to expand our consciousness
personally and collectively
as creators of Heaven on Earth.

Free as a Child

A child is content
to build castles in the sand
knowing they will be washed away
with the next tide,
then returns the following day
to build another
ever more glorious castle.

The wisdom of our own inner child
knows that what it builds today
need not be grasped onto
need not be protected
need not be entombed,
simply lived to the fullest
in this joyous moment.

Ah, to be the child
with our dreams and creations
enjoying them to the fullest
with playful delight
in this present moment
then allowing them to return
to the infinite sea of creation.

Ah, to be the child again
living life
joyously, freely, openly
knowing we are infinite beings.

that birthed the plant

the joy to blossom
the zeal to bear fruit.

purging the dross
activating our latent DNA

Freeing the Shadows

My beautiful human
who has finally discovered
the light within
that has always been.

Why do you continue
to search out your shadows
to expose them
to heal the wounds?

Do you not realize
there are only shadows
when you live by the light
that shines from outside you?

There are no shadows
from the Light within
there are no shadows
within the Divine.

Now that you have
unveiled the Light within
isn’t it time to live again
to live fully again?

The Divine is excited
to be shining its Light
through your humanness
dispelling all shadows.

The Divine is excited
to enliven your life
to live, to love
and to play as a human.

The Divine is excited
to live the joy of life!

It’s time human
it’s time to fully live!!

Serenity of Source

Life may seem in turmoil
as it shifts and shimmies
continually evolving
from the old into the new.

That which you perceive
as maelstrom in life
is simply the decay of the old
as the new sprouts forth.

At the very core
beneath what you
perceive as chaos
lies the Serenity of Well-being.

For, Source only knows
the perfection of life
the essence of well-being
and the joy of creation.

When we expand our consciousness
beyond our human perspective
experiencing life
as Source experiences life

Herein lies our innate serenity
our sense of well-being
our radiant health
our infinite flow of abundance.

Perceiving as Source
life takes on a whole new hue
free of worry and judgment
filled with joy and delight.

See with the eyes of Source
hear with the ears of Source
feel with the heart of Source
Be Source.

Joy is my Touchstone

JOY is the internal touchstone of my life
not something I attain
Joy is Who I Am
just as Love is Who I Am
and Peace is Who I Am.

Joy is also the elixir of life
that rejuvenates my physical body
allowing me to continue thriving
rather than declining with age
as we have been so erroneously
indoctrinated by social patterning.

The body only wears out
when we work so hard
to manipulate and overcome
perceived adversity
rather than living with
the natural flow of life
as our authentic Self.

Therefore, JOY will always be my touchstone.

Transcending our Thinking

There is no turning back
once we open ourselves
to living in the unknown

Sometimes my mind feels like
it’s courting chaos while attempting
to maintain the linear order of life

But my soul is soaring
because it’s always in the know
with moment to moment revelations

No wonder the mind feels threatened
with new potentials appearing
faster than the mind can keep up

It is in opening to all of life
the known and the unknown
that we transcend our human thinking.

Herein lies our Peace
our childlike wonderment
and our impetus to Thrive.

SWEET BLISS OF THE BREEZE

There are days when
our soul is calling out
to withdraw from the world
to do nothing more
than simply swing
in the sweet bliss of the breeze
savoring our earthly garden
allowing our physicality to rest
to take a deep breath
and enjoy all the abundance
that is blossoming around us
while listening to the sweet whispers
of our infinite Divinity.
