All energy is neutral
neither positive
nor negative
neither benevolent
nor tumultuous
Energy does not carry purpose
it has no agenda
it is simply responding
to my own state being
My life experiences
are a moment by moment
response to energy
whether conscious or unconscious
as resistance or flow
Energy always offers me the gift
