Every experience
is a gift
There are no levels
of experience
high or low
good or bad
unless we choose
to judge them
And then the experience
becomes a mental burden
rather than a beloved gift
Being free of judgment
we have the opportunity
to accept the gift
of every experience
as a treasure
to continually expand
our consciousness
and open more fully to life.
