As an Empath
I have finally come to realize
that all “energy is neutral”
It has only been
my judgement of energy
based on prior indoctrination
which was never mine
that interprets energy
as positive or negative
Once I am no longer
locked into the matrix of
collective consciousness
there is no judgement
fear subsides and
there is only Peace
I now realize as an Empath
I can allow energy to serve me
as a sacred gift of the divine.
