~ Physical Thriving ~

My body is not the same one
with which I went to sleep
I have awakened ‘
to thriving new cells

For there is a constant
natural procreation
pulsing throughout all of life
including my physical body

My lack of trust
in the innate intelligence
of my body is its
only impediment

For my body delights
in its natural evolution
to live a healthy life
and thrive in joy.
