Things are shifting
more quickly than

like the illusory scenes
of a movie
Don’t attempt
to hang on
to any of them
Nor process them
figure them out
or find a solution.
Simply continue
to focus your energy
on your Well-BEing
Before long
your life will find
its innate balance
To live in
