Being in physical form
is the ultimate gift of Love
Being human
is the most intimate way
of experiencing life
as the Beloved
embodiment of God
The Divine is not in a hurry
it lingers in breath
in warm hands around a cup
in the quiet yes
of simply being alive today
To be human
is to feel time pass
and let it pass through you
joy, grief, wonder
all guests, all welcome
We are not here to rise above life
but to sink into it
in full presence
until even the ordinary
begins to glow
This is the tenderness of incarnation
the grace of skin and soul
And you
exactly as you are
are the embodiment
of this sacredness
Treasure your humanness
Treasure your Divinity
Treasure your Presence.
