Stop…
for just a moment
Take a breath
and notice
what is closest to your hand
Now take a moment
to caress it with your fingertips
perhaps it is the arm of your chair
perhaps it’s your keyboard
perhaps it’s a coffee mug
whatever it is
caress it and allow it
to bring you back in touch
with the Presence
of All That Is.
How long will you
continue to
unconsciously
think of yourself
as separate?
Isn’t it time you
become fully present
to caress and savor
the fullness
of Life.
