albeit the most frustrating
for the human mind.

But my GodSelf knows
that every moment is precious
in the stream of Creation.

to take time to smell the roses
while allowing my GodSelf

consciously experience
overlapping dimensions
while still in our physical bodies

For some this is happening in dreamtime
for others it’s in our awake time
either way our mind is very confused
trying to make sense of it

Rather than trying to comprehend it
step out of the mind
be in the present moment
with the excited innocence of a child

This is a whole new playground
be gentle with yourself
allowing realities to waft in and out
with their own innate intelligence.

the infinite layers of reality

with their biological alchemy
spinning and dancing
to the vibration of crystalline light.

It is through the love and trust
of our physical bodies
