The compassion of Love
brings all that has been hidden in the darkness
all that needs clearing and forgiveness
all to the surface with ease and grace.
There is no need to process all the gunk
there is no need to figure it all out
simply open your heart
and allow Love to do what it does best.
As you move through this healing process
know that you are being rocked
in the sweet gentle bosom
of Love and Compassion.

We are the agents of change
Our Love is the agent of change
It’s time to take responsibility
for our own choices
and stop pointing fingers at others
Change is in our hands
and in our hearts
where we need to come together
hand-in-hand
heart-to-heart.
~ Imaginal Cells ~
The transformation of our physical body
is likened to the caterpillar
initiating its transformation
with Imaginal cells
entirely new genetic cells
that contain the imagining
or blueprint of a whole new being.
When these cells first appear
they are attacked
and resisted by the caterpillar
but as more cells appear
they grow stronger and cluster together
to form the first organs of the new creature
whilst the old form literally dies
while a new being is born from within the old.
This is the process many of us
are currently experiencing
as our physical body
transforms into a new LightBody
thus the physical discomfort
the mind’s confusion
our desire to crawl into our cocoons
and nap until we’re ready to burst forth
as radiant new beings
birthed anew from within the old.
~ Emergence ~
As the caterpillar
we have emerged
from the egg as seekers
Having eaten our fill
of experience and knowledge
we wrapped ourselves
into the chrysalis
to digest and absorb
Now we’ve emerged
all aplomb as butterflies
reflecting the rays of light
with our delicate wings
ready to take flight
with the invitation
to allow the breath of Spirit
to lift you high
and fly into new realities
of Love and Joy.
~ Nature’s Quest ~
The mist of magic waft through the air
with whispers of mystical secrets.
The sacred fog wraps around me
in a blanket of infinite wisdom.
The foghorn sings its rhythmic dirge
taking me ever deeper.
Into the arms of my soul I dive
with complete lustful abandon.
The gulls overhead soar to and fro
drifting on the wind.
The sea laps upon the sand
caressing her sacred consort.
The sunbeams dance across the mist
creating delicate rainbows.
In one fell swoop the sun bursts forth
And the spell is completely broken.
But have no fear, it’s always here
the mists, the gulls and the sea.
Mother Nature is ever present
rocking us in her arms.
But it’s up to us to open our eyes
and see what once was hidden.
The truth of nature she holds dear
Always in abundance.
Now it’s up to us open our hearts
embracing all she offers.
Our partner in life she chooses to be

Ancient wisdom seeps through my feet
as I walk barefoot on the earth.
Ancient wisdom sings through the wind
as it whispers in my ears.
Ancient wisdom washes over me
as I dive deeply into the sea.
Ancient wisdom blazes from my heart
with the fire of love.
I AM this Ancient wisdom,
for it emanates from within me.

I am not my old story
a story that was simply
my perception
in that particular
moment in time.
By approaching life
from a different perspective
the old story melts away
and I create a new story
in a new reality
that serves me in this moment.
And with each new
expanded perspective
my story changes
freeing me to experience
a more loving
and joyous life.
~ Limitations ~
Sometimes the Universe
puts an extra spin on something
we’ve put out into the world
and it doesn’t turn out
the way we expected.
Instead a new wave of energy
carries us forward
Ah those sneaky expectations
how limiting they are.

Step out of your worrisome life
beyond the deception of your human mind
into the wisdom of your heart
embracing all that Love imparts.
Live your life in the stream of creation
in abundance, infinite and free
partnering with Spirit in every moment
exploring the wonders and spender of life.

residing within the mystery of your heart
turn all your dreams into gold
in the cauldron of love, peace and joy.
Divine Love is the substance of miracles
expressing through you and me
stir your heart’s cauldron of miracles
and watch how easily love abounds.

Petals unfurl in the shimmering mist
in velvet folds, soft and rich
droplets of dew shine like pearls
on you, the rose of Sharon.
Your fragrance fills the air so sweet
wafting across hills and vales
in the rapture of morning’s light
you, the rose of Sharon.
It hasn’t always been this way
a life of velvet and sweet perfume
many a blossom failed to open
as the rose of Sharon.
Thorns appear where never planned
at the time it may bring tears
but in the end tears turn to dew
crowning the rose of Sharon.
Now your petals unfurl in the sun
dancing in the sway of the breeze
sweet and sensual, fragrant and free
