Whispers of the Soul

Before I open my eyes in the morn,
my Soul whispers. . .
breathe with me Beloved
savor this moment
where you and I
are intimate partners.

Do not allow your mind
to pull you away from me
with its illusive grip
of insignificant distractions.

Savor this moment
and the next
and the next
stringing them together
like a strand of elegant pearls.

Take me into your day
allowing the dance between us
to continue and expand
with each and every breath.

Savor the moment
savor the conscious breath of life
savor the music of your heart
saver each and every step
as we dance our way
through the day
hand in hand
with the Divine flow of Life.

Sacred Relationship with Self

The most important thing
you can ever do for yourself
is to initiate
a Sacred relationship with your self
including all the parts
you’ve judged, put asunder or
hidden from yourself
for they too desire your love.

Once you embrace
all of Who You Are
judgment fades away
because you realize
there is nothing to judge
for everything in life
is a self created
Soul experience.

reading a morning passage

I am ever grateful

toward my true devotion
which is my very own heart.

I now realize
I too am a Master

within me.

The Beloved Embodiment of God

Being in physical form
is the ultimate gift of Love

Being human
is the most intimate way
of experiencing life
as the Beloved
embodiment of God

The Divine is not in a hurry
it lingers in breath
in warm hands around a cup
in the quiet yes
of simply being alive today

To be human
is to feel time pass
and let it pass through you
joy, grief, wonder
all guests, all welcome

We are not here to rise above life
but to sink into it
in full presence
until even the ordinary
begins to glow

This is the tenderness of incarnation
the grace of skin and soul
And you
exactly as you are
are the embodiment
of this sacredness

Treasure your humanness
Treasure your Divinity
Treasure your Presence.

Enjoy the Adventure

Once we expand
beyond the linearity
of third dimensional reality
the mind is unable to interpret
what our expanded
multidimensional self
is beginning to experience
but our LightBody is already attuned
to this new way of being.

Rather than attempting
to understand or reframe
these atypical experiences
of the physical body
from our old perceptive
we are being asked to
step aside and trust our self enough
to allow our expanded Self to emerge
giving it free reign to lead the way
as we awaken to
more of who we are.

Are you willing to surrender
to your innate divine wisdom

Doing what I love
keeps me spinning like a top

When aligned with my center
flowing with innate changes
I’m in balance and
continue to effortlessly spin
with infinite new potentials

When attempting to grab tight
my balance is lost
I wobble and wobble
until I topple over
. . . . to begin anew

There is no right
there is no wrong
there’s always
a new spin available
with new potentials
