Emotional turmoil
is the result of
our own expectations

Expectations of
those we love
family and friends
government leaders
religion and spirituality

Most importantly
the expectations
of our own self
for our own self

Whereas, our Soul
is always at peace
free of any expectations
experiencing life
as it presents itself
grateful for every moment
with an ever expanding
passion for life

There is no dark night
of the Soul

There is only
the dark night of the human
embroiled in its own expectations
before it awakens to the freedom
and true passion of the Soul.

Voice of the Soul

is all-knowing
the voice of all our
accumulated wisdom
throughout all lifetimes
all time and space
the pure voice of
All That Is

The voice of our Soul
speaks from within
sometimes in a whisper
sometimes shouting
ofttimes unheard
unless we are
in the stillness
beyond the interference
of the human egoic mind

Be Still and Listen

our reality

sense of balance
