Our Innate Sensuality

As our consciousness expands
with worlds within worlds
we are realizing ourselves as
physical beings unaccustomed
to living multidimensionally
and multidimensional beings
unaccustomed to being in physicality

And thus the adventure begins!!!

When Soul embodiment is initiated
we are like newborns
learning how to be in physicality
simultaneously
recognizing ourselves as master creators
blending and harmonizing the two

As embodied Souls living in physicality
we have the holy ability
to experience every nuance of life
with our innate sensuality
becoming more and more sensitive to life
as it presents itself

Allow your sensuality
to ground you in the present moment
allow your sensuality
to act as your point of focus
in a new reality of infinite potentials

Recognize sensuality
as your sacred gift
and receive the pleasure it offers
for you are a Divine Human Being
in an illustrious physical body
walking this planet
as master creators
for the pure purpose of Joy.

I Am Here

I am not here to philosophize,
I’ve done more than enough of that.
My mind is overwrought
with insubstantial explanations.

I am here
to jump into the stream of life
to experience the rush of exhilaration
with the discovery of the unknown.

I am here
to taste, savor, sip, and sup
upon all the rich nuances
of each glorious delicacy that life presents.

I am here
to nourish my soul
fulfill the yearnings of my heart
to create something that’s never been before.

I am here
to experience
All That Is
in this very moment.

I am here
to add my Love and Light
to the world
without judgement or restriction.

I am here
to Create Life Anew.

present,

and now.

My Inner Being
patiently
awaits my attention
waiting for me
to begin
the conversation.

My Inner Being
is fully conscious,
sees all,
hears all,
knows all,
IS all.

When I refocus
my attention
to the here and now,
I expand
into my
Inner Being.

Then I too can
see all
hear all
know all
for
I am
my Inner Being
and
I AM
All That Is.

breathe with me Beloved

where you and I
are intimate partners.

with its illusive grip

like a strand of elegant pearls.

Take me into your day
allowing the dance between us
to continue and expand
with each and every breath.

savor the conscious breath of life

as we dance our way
through the day

with the Divine flow of Life.

Living Life More Fully

Every morning I awaken
with a precious gift
upon my pillow

In my dreamy state
I gently remove
the love-tied bow
carefully opening
the golden
gilded box

Glittering inside
is the pure essence of
more of Who-I-Am
She who has expanded
while my head was
resting upon the pillow

I breathe Her in
and as always
we perfectly unite
excited to step into the day
to live life to its fullest.

Safe Haven of your Heart

Once upon a time
there was a young girl
who was afraid
to live in her human body
on this earth plane.

She created
an island in the sky
and delighted in spending
most of her time there
with an enclave of friends.

Then one day,
the island disappeared
and her friends told her
it was time to live
in her physical body full time.

Oh how she hated that!!!
she hated how entrapped she felt,
she missed her friends,
she missed the magic of the island
she missed creating new adventures.

Because she didn’t feel safe
on the earth plane,
she burrowed deep
within herself,
going deeper and deeper.

Then one day, lo and behold,
there was her island
floating in the ocean of her heart
with all her friends
waving her welcome.

Today this girl is blessed
because she has
the best of both worlds,
she knows she’s safe in her body
and all her friends have joined her.

The moral of the story,
go deep within…
for this is the only safe haven
where you will find
everything you’ll ever desire.
