beyond the mind
allowing all
of who I thought
myself to be
to be pulled apart
into the nothingness
to die
to who I thought
my self to be

Drifting
in the primordial soup
of creation
until. . .

bits and pieces
of my soul wisdom
are drawn together
into a new
dance of creation
with new etudes
of music
wafting in the air
beyond the qualia
of the mind

dissolving
creating
dissolving
creating anew
in each
and every moment.

I awoke to
the mists of Avalon
enshrouding
the island
upon which I live
fog horns waft
on the gentle breeze
across the serenity
of the water
guiding ships into port

but I,
I am not coming into port
for I am becoming
one with the mists
floating
beyond time
beyond space
into the magick
and mystic
of All That Is.

My body is not the same one
with which I went to sleep
I have awakened ‘
to thriving new cells

For there is a constant
natural procreation
pulsing throughout all of life
including my physical body

My lack of trust
in the innate intelligence
of my body is its
only impediment

For my body delights
in its natural evolution
to live a healthy life
and thrive in joy.

Honoring Our Feelings

You have the right to “feel”
any way you choose

Honor what you feel
for feelings are the
expression and guidance
of your Inner Being

Feelings are your
innate life compass

They are not up for review by
your chattering mind
your spouse
your children
your parents
your priest
or anyone else

There is no such thing as
a wrong feeling

It is our judgment and reaction
to our feelings that create
the quagmires of confusion
not the feelings themselves

So judge not and be grateful
for all that you feel

Woe are the ones
who have shut the door
on their feelings
and live bereft of life.

figure them out
or find a solution.

Simply continue
to focus your energy
on your Well-BEing

Before long
your life will find
its innate balance

To live in
a whole new reality
free of the old constructs

Free of all
that has been
holding you back.
