Constraints of Time

The more present we become
the less real
the extraneous becomes
finally seen as the illusion
we dreamed up
for the momentary
experience of it

When we free ourselves
of the constraints of time
timelines collapse
memories and stories
effortlessly dissolve
and the wisdom of the soul
is distilled to carry forth

Unless, we are unwilling
to release them
allowing them to pull us back
into the matrix
of the illusion of time.

It’s very simple
the truth lives within you.

No matter
what you see
what you read
what you’re told
or by whom
know that the truth
lives within you.

The truth
will always
expand you
empower you.

The truth
will never attempt
to diminish
or control you.

Only you
can know your truth
and the truth
will always
set you free.

you grow up

And then you realize
it was all a sham
to conform
to a society
that has lost touch
with the reality of life

It’s not yours
it never was
even if you were taught otherwise
even if you embodied it
even if you have been living it
it’s not yours
it never was

It could only belong
to the false persona
you created to live
as a human
in a world of duality
a world you can walk away from
because it’s was never yours

Step away from
your human persona
step away from
all you thought was yours

Allow your Soul
to distill it into the essence
of Divine Wisdom
free of duality
free of judgment
free of measurement
free of assessment

FREE to live
as the truth of who you are
as the I AM
FREE to dance
to the music of the Divine
FREE to enJOY
the infinite potentials
FREE to create anew
in every moment without bounds
FREE to BE
all that you choose to BE.

Feelings

I have come to learn
I don’t have to feel
what someone else
wants me to feel

That doesn’t serve me
and it doesn’t serve them

Their feelings
are theirs alone
irrelevant
to my feelings

When I honor their feelings
and I am true
to my own feelings
I am free to react
in a way that can serve
all concerned.

is the super highway

always flowing to

what tickles your fancy
in this moment

to latch onto it
or create from it

You get to choose
to enjoy this moment
allowing
the next moment
to reveal itself
free of any attachment

You get to choose
to be the infinite
creator of things
yet unseen
things beyond
your imagination

You have the freedom
to choose.

and encrust it with jewels
but sooner or later
you realize
your mask
has served it’s purpose
and it’s time
to lovingly remove it
and set it aside
to experience and embrace
the Beloved Self
who you have always been

with places to go
beings to see
no holding me back

Now That I am Empty

Now that I am empty
of that which is not mine
having released all
ancestral ties
society’s rules
religious dogma
mental programing
the need to judge

Now that I am empty
how do I choose to be filled?

Do I choose to be filled?

Or do I choose
to allow All-That-Is
to continually
flow through me
enjoying each
and every moment
anew?

My Own Reality

My current point of consciousness
where I place my attention
is my only reality
everything else is
null and void
in this moment

There is no need
to resurrect the past
to engage in bygone suffering
instead, allow the Soul
to effortlessly distill it all
into Wisdom

By being steadfast
in my present
point of consciousness
everything else
effortlessly
fades away

Indeed we see life
through our own filters
but even they dissolve
when we release
judgment of the past
and fear of the future

Indeed we interact
with group consciousness
but it is our own
point of consciousness
that creates
within the group

Therefore, carefully choose
your point of consciousness
be steadfast
in attending to it
and allow everything else
to effortlessly dissolve

THIS is how we create
our own conscious reality.
