where we do not

to everyone
or everything

It matters not
what others think of
how we look
what we do
what we say
how we live our lives

Because
we now realize
who we are
as Sovereign Beings
and shining our light

Expanded Consciousness

The more my consciousness
expands with the desire
to know all of who I Am
the more sensitive I become

As ancient walls
of protection dissolve
I feel raw and exposed
vulnerable and unsafe

I feel hypersensitive
bombarded by so much
inconsequential energy
and excessive noise

My human self calls out
to shrink back behind
the walls of protection
that no longer exist

Meanwhile, my Soul is savoring
newly discovered delights
from my pallet of passion
which has felt void for far too long

Overwhelmed by it all
we have forgotten
that expanded consciousness
comes with it’s own innate gifts

Consciousness gifts us
with the ability to choose
to filter out the noise and distractions
of the discomforts and sensitivities

By simply choosing
my own point of consciousness
in every given moment
I Am free and secure

No longer living
in a world void of life
my consciousness offers
sensual delights

The old facades fade away
juicy centers are exposed
my passion runs deep
and my joy bubbles forth

’Tis the gift of expanded consciousness
that returns me to the fullness of life
exposes my juicy sensual passion
and the knowing of Who I Am.

Sitting Companionably

Flow of Life

The flow of life is
simple and easy
gracious and welcoming
effortless and without angst

It doesn’t require
any efforting
or energy manipulation
only a conscious choice
and a true desire
to live in this flow
rather than our old
habitual patterns

It feels so obvious
when a former pattern
slips back in
because it feels
SO out of alignment
with who we
now know
ourselves to be

A simple refocusing
is all it takes
to return to the
wondrous adventure
of consciously
navigating life
as the embodiment
of the I AM
in this physical body

Oh the joy
of living in the
open ended “YES”
in answer to
the eternal offerings
of the Universe!

We are entering
the Age of Becoming

Sovereign and free
from the bondage of
the collective consciousness

Fresh and new
no longer an imprint
of our ancestral linage

No longer repeating
the cycles of
what has been

Nor yearning for
human desires of
what could be

We are entering
the Age of Becoming
master creators

Consciously allowing
the flow of new
pristine energies
with infinite potentials
to become anew.

Overwhelm

When we feel overwhelmed
it is our natural tendency
to pull in and contract
in order to feel safe

But the overwhelm
is asking us to expand
to open more fully
to the totality of who we are

Take a few deep breaths
to clear all the limitations
of the mind clutter
giving it the space it needs

To realize the truth
and embody the totality
of who you are
of what you are capable

Herein lies the magic
of expanded consciousness
to create new realities.

It is not up to me to create
anyone else’s reality

For. . .
how can I know
what another’s
divine soul path is

How can I know
what experiences
they are calling in
for themselves

Another’s reality is not mine
with which to interfere
rather to honor
their own Soul journey

illuminates new potentials
for a more expanded reality

Just as lovers merge to consummate their relationship, our Soul is calling forth the consummation of all our fragmented human aspects into sovereignty as our GodSelf. This unique lifetime on earth is initiating our freedom from the former bonds of duality by revealing, healing, and integrating all our fragments into wholeness.
