Do I experience

Indeed I do
it’s how life evolves
it’s how we grow and expand

Do I allow them
to run my life?

I always have choice
how to respond

I always have the ability
to consciously create my own reality

By living life intentionally

intentional Joy

Life responds
in coherence to me
rather than
my responding
unconsciously to life.

Trusting the Flow
